Every single time I need assistance from customer service, without fail, it is a total trainwreck and most times I end up spending way too much time (anywhere from 1/2 yr to an hour) and leave with no resolution. It just happened again tonight. I had been waiting 6 days already for items in an order and one was supposed to have arrived today but didn't, so when I tracked in Fed Ex it said it was addressed incorrectly and was being returned to the shipper. I asked for assistance from customer service and the first rep, Maria, was just so rude I hung up and tried again. This time I got Leshan who, after 10 minutes, regurgitated back to me the same thing I reported to her and said my only options were to contact Fed Ex and try to work it out or place another order, pay again (and wait again) and then once the original package makes it back to them they will refund me.   2. I ordered a size 5 sandal from Kohls. When I received my order it came in a size 5 box, but the sandal was a size 6. I called customer service and said that the only way they could send me another pair before my trip was to go in store and return them and then order a new pair online. I asked if i could just ship them my return, but they do not offer free shipping on returns. They would not honor the old price for the sandal and refused to pay my expedited shipping. Awful.

  3. Sorry for the wall of text that is about to be spill across your screen, but my story is a tale of woe and should be told in its entirety. It all started out when I went to Kohl's on a rainy November night in 2015. I was looking to purchase a new Kitchen-aid mixer and take advantage of the Kohl's Cash offer they had going on. I went to the store and was successful in this endeavor, but this is where the happy story ends and the terror begins. I come home, with product and Kohl's Cash in hand and immediately hop on their website to figure out what I want to spend this $105 on. My wife and I look at some new bedding and decide on a nice set. So when the Kohl's Cash became available to use a week later, I ordered the bedding set and waited for it to arrive. A package showed up a few weeks later and it was getting close to Christmas so we put it under the tree and figured we'd open it Christmas morning.   2. I placed an online order HOURS before they started their in Store black friday sale. All items were in stock and paid for. I went to the store after they opened to look for items in their ad not listed online, I saw some of the same item I had just purchased online, but did not purchase any of them because I already had my order placed and paid for only to get an email 1 full day later in the evening to tell me they canceled an item that was no longer in stock. How in the hell was it in stock when I placed it HOURS before stores opened, but after their black friday sale in stores 1 of my items is now sold out and when I call their out of country customer service reps can't give any answers or even help you, just tell you the item is no longer available and can't seem to comprehend when you tell them it was available at the time of purchase they say they don't know what happened and thats it!!! I could have purchased in store and had my item, but no I trusted them to place my pre-order ...

  3. Today we had the most horrible shopping experience over at Niles Kohl's store. While my wife went to look at women's clothing, me and my 4 and a half year old son were looking at stuff over at home appliances section. My son picked up one of the vacuum cleaners and started moving it around pretending he is vacuuming. An older sales associate lady approached him and in a very loud, threatening and rude voice asked my son: "Are you buying this? Put this back!!" My son was scared. He started crying and exclaiming: "Why is she screaming at me. I'm afraid! My wife came over and asked what the matter was? I explained the situation and my wife wanted to talk to that employee. When my wife asked her why she could not just ask our son politely to put it down, like: "Excuse me, this should not played with. Can you put it back please?" the older lady in a very confrontational voice, stated that my son should not have been playing with vacuum cleaner. Since we could not get an apology from this ...

  1. Kohls lost my package that I returned to them December 15. I contacted them, they asked for the tracking number of the UPS package, which I provided. Then they wanted to know the SKU numbers of the returned items. Since I return the package with the receipt inside I did not have the SKU numbers. Then there was another call to Kohls to get the SKU numbers. Then I had to email them the SKU numbers of the items I return. Then after all this they won't process my return because I don't have the receipt from UPS where return the package. Yet I had the tracking number that I got from the UPS store that shows the package left and arrived and was signed for by Williams in Ohio. So, even though I have provided the tracking number they will not process my refund because I did not have the UPS receipt. Never ever shop Kohl'

  2. This gets one star b/c I cant give 0. This is the most frustrating worthless website I have ever encountered. Just try entering a promo code that requires you to use a Kohls charge card and then try to enter the charge card. Complete CF going round and round and getting nowhere. When you add shipping charges with no refund for returns to this idiocy, I'm canceling my card and never doing business with this company again. This has the functionality of a website designed 15 yrs ago and never upgraded.

  3. Was ordering off line and was on the women's plus size page didn't see kohls also has mixed in junior plus size on the same page. After placing the order I seen 3 of the 7 shirts said junior. I called customer svc to see if I could cancel the 3 and find 3 of the women's plus size instead about an hour later 11:28 pm . Was told no it was already processed. Hmmmmm really ???? I no you can cancel orders that have not shipped also told cuts svc just cancel the order was told nope can't do it. I told her I was very unhappy and will not order from them again was told ok your choice . Wow great customer svc !!!!!!!!!
