  3. I ordered online. I then called the store as I have a delivery protocol to follow living in a condo. I got a call they would deliver on Saturday. We are not permitted to receive deliveries on weekends. I called and it was set up for Monday. I made arrangements at the condo office. They when I didn't hear from the delivery source to tell me what time Monday, I called them and they said they had no record of anything on me. ...... so, I had to call Lowes again to set up.......Finally delivered yesterday. - everyone was very polite and I do appreciate that. thanks.

  3. I love how easy their website is to view products, get information, and place orders. You can even view the weekly coupon flyer!I do wish they had more pricing info for services, such as installation of countertops, etc.

  1. I love browsing Lowes.com for home improvement inspiration and ideas. The site is easy to navigate and visually appealing. My only complaint is the the product descriptions can be a bit vague. For example, I bought a pair of LED lights that are battery operated to accent the lighting in my living room. Based on the picture and description, the seemed to be better constructed and higher quality than what I actually received. The batteries die within a matter of days even without continual use. Delivery from the site is fast and I have never received anything damaged in shipping. For the most part, returns have been easy when needed. I love the site to store feature that allows me to pick up smaller items at the store without paying a shipping charge. Customer service has been friendly and helpful the few times that I've needed to use it.

  2. In my opinion, the online Lowe's store is a lot better than the actual store in many ways. I find it much more convenient to check online before running out to the store, which is way on the other side of town, because it saves me time and effort.

  3. Lowes.com is not just a hardware store, they actually have quite the selection. In addition to selling everything you need for tools, yard equipment, plumbing, and electrical items, they also have a nice selection of home decor. They have some really nice ceiling fans, mirrors, wall art, and clocks. We bought our windows shades from here when we bought our house and are very please with the selection. They have great pricing and offer several different shipping options which is nice when you are on a budget.

  1. I purchased a fridge from Lowes on Sat. the 17th and they called me at 7:30AM the next day to schedule a time to deliver! So I ordered on a Sat. afternoon and had my fridge installed and the old one hauled away on Sunday! It blew my mind that not only did they bring it on a Sunday but the speed as well.The installers were extremely friendly and couldn't be happier with my experience. I saved over $300 from Home Depots price, and they would've have taken over a week to special order it. After a terrible experience at Home Depot I since canceled my Home Depot card, opened a Lowes account, and plan on using them exclusively from now on even though they're further away.

  2. July 2014: I ordered 3 items online from Lowe's. The 3 items were: Utilitech LED Lantern, Model #:FT-PM24, Lux-Pro LED Handheld Flashlight Model #:LP460C and BLACK & DECKER 3.8-Amp 20-in Corded Electric Hedge Trimmer Model #:HT2. The LED lantern and the flashlites were great, items were shipped in a shipping box, packaging was in great shape.The hedge trimmer however was packaged so horribly, the product box was taped together to keep it from coming apart, and even was taped in such a way that the product box was bent, there was a smashed hole in the back of the box. I didn't bother to open it up as I believe the hedge trimmer was a return from another customer and the shipping dept taped it together and sent it to me. To be fair, it might not have been Lowe's shipping dept fault, it's possible it happened with the carrier and they taped it back together, either way, I purchased what I thought would be a brand new trimmer and got what looked like a box that had been through a garbage ...

  3. To whom it may concern:Today ( July 18) at about 1:45 pm , I went to your store in Sandy Springs on Roswell Rd regarding a sign that I thought yourcompany would be interested in. I've attached a photo of the sign. Given what happened at this store earlier this week I thought that Lowe's would be interested in the sign as a reminder for people to CHECK their cars before entering one of your stores.Obviously not only was I wrong but your associate was very rude and condescending to me. I believe his name was Dan and he couldn't have been more rude to me as I showed him one of my signs. I have to assume that Dan is a reflection of your overall corporate attitude towards your customers being that if the customer isn't buying then we ( Lowe's) ain't got time for that customer. I'm not upset that you aren't interested in the sign. I AM UPSET at the snotty condescending reception I got from Dan, who is probably a very low level person. He showed no interest in even giving me the name of the ...

  1. Lowe's offers a lot of perks to it's loyal shoppers, and with the addition of the MyLowes program, it has gotten even better. The web site isn't perfect, but none is. The latest neat thing is the Product Locator... can't find an item you want? look it up on Lowes.com and click the blue icon. (No more needing to ask an associate that won't know the answer anyway!)

  2. This is about a Lowe's in Kendall, a suburb of Miami FL. I live close by so it has a good location for me. Selection & prices are ok. But customer service has been iffy, at best. I don't know why Lowe's management doesn't do anything about it.
