I recently shopped in the Mission Viejo store I won't come back, the employees in all departments that I went to were rude, just standing around talking to each other I asked for my size and was handed them only to start to try them on, the hanger had my size on it, but the pant was a size 2 The dressing room had a pile of clothes that had be tried on by previous guests, instead of just standing around they should clean up their department Shoes were the same way, display said Baretraps, not one shoe was a Baretrap! The elevator was not working, I am disabled, thankfully a young man carried my walker down I had to go back up, and luckily a customer was able to do the same I was in the lingerie department One register open and a long line On my way out one employees were standing around and one was drinking a soda! We live in the United Stated, I expect to have an employee speak clearly because of their race, and not stand around conversing in their language In all the departments the ...

I been over charge all the time on my cards 1 order they charge me 3 time for it the 2 time for citizen watch I have to call my chase card customer service to resolve this then Call city bank for other order too that been charger for 2 time wasting my time then for my last Oder they charge me 20$ for shipping without telling me I just can trust this Macy's oline no more even I have to walk 20 miles to the store I will but I will never deal with this oline crap

  3. I purchased 7 tablecloths online (all the same brand and color). I received the package and immediately realized the color was different from what was online. All 7 of the Table cloths were in the original Fiesta packaging and had not been opened. I returned the items using their shipping label. First they claimed that they only received 4 of the 7 tablecloths. After 2 long, frustrating calls, they corrected this to 6 tablecloths. I returned 7! Thankfully, I used my AMEX card and they disputed the charge. Have just received a letter from AMEX stating that Macy's has refunded for 6 tablecloths and they consider the case closed. Am back to calling AMEX tomorrow to dispute again. All for $25. Considering I spent in total well over $400 in 4 separate purchases - I am disgusted. I won't shop Macy's again ever online or in-store.

  1. I have spent several hours on the phone and spoken to 5 different people. Needless to say, I will NEVER, EVER spend another penny at Macy's either online or in the store. Absolutely horrible customer service. After ordering online I get an email saying they can't fill the order. I order something else and they ship to an address I moved from over a year ago. I have ordered several things at my new address but they just decided to start sending to the old house. I called and asked them to fix this. Oh no, "we can't delete an address from your profile" REALLY???? I finally asked to speak to a supervisor and after explaining this nightmare, I asked what her name was. She quickly hung up on me. I am also speaking to the customer service department in the Philippines which creates a language barrier since I am in the US and speak english only. My next step is to try and get my money back for a package that is being sent to my old address.

  2. i ordered a cookware set that was to come with a bonus bakeware set. My cookware came without the bonus and I was told the were a limited time while quantities last. Well they are still in stock per there website but not for me. I was offered a minimal discount compared to the "bonus value" of $85. I would expect that Macy's would delivery my product as advertised. Instead I got the bait and switch. Poor business practice. Never would have expected this in the past. I will take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other options and apparently they don't care if you go there.

  3. Twice they have send my packages to a different city. They have representatives that hardly speak the language and dont understand what u saying to them. And at the end of everything i stay with out my items and dont even get a coupon for all my troubles. Terrible tertible terrible and such a big name and so expensive. They cant even teack a package sent back to them for having wrong address cant even call warehouse to track package down to resend to customer correcy address in overall is a mess. Im very very dissapointed

  3. Worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Obvious that they send your phone call over seas. I can find everything they sell at other stores. Dont get a suit from these guys unless you mind waiting 3+ weeks. Better off going to mens fashion warehouse. They will not be getting another dime from me.
