  1. The WORST merchandiser i have EVER purchased from. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. NEVER, EVER. They have $135.00 of mine, have their defective product back, have assured me a month ago that a check would be in the mail and now are not answering my emails. What nerve, what fraud, what lack of integrity to keep money after saying it will be refunded. I have filed a BBB complaint. THIS COMPANY IS A BLACK HOLE THAT TAKES MONEY WITH NO CONSCIENCE ABOUT CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMER.

  2. This company is absolutely horrible. They cancelled my order two weeks after it was placed because item wasn't in stock. However, I called about a week after my order had been placed and they said that they did have the item in stock. I even received a shipping confirmation, which was soon followed by a grammatically incorrect email stating they did not have the item. I ordered my product a month ago and still haven't been refunded. I have had to file with my credit card company at this point to have my money returned to my card. Also, every email sent from them, except for one, was signed with my name as if they wouldn't be held responsible for their own emails. I guess the idiots don't realize that the email is coming from their email address.

  3. I have to add my name to the list of dis-satisfied customers as well. I ordered a few hard-to-find bulbs from them and they never arrived. After weeks of emailing and faxing, (they suspiciously don't have a listed phone number on their site), they have never responded once. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
