  1. Don't buy anything from this company? I was suppose to get my watch the next day and didn't get it for well over a week. When I tried to return it, they wouldn't send me the paper work to return the watch. After a month and contacting my credit card company, they finally issued the return paperwork. I sent everything according to their instructions and now they are saying that they never received the watch. Customer service is horrible and they have not gotten back to me when I tried to contact them.

  2. If I hadn't needed to return the item, I would have said my purchase experience was pretty good since I received my item quickly as promised. Unfortunately, I needed to return the item and I can not begin to express how frustrating the experience has been. First, it took weeks of calling, emailing and then enrolling the help of the New Jersey Better Business Bureau to just get an RMA number. I shipped the item back immediately upon receiving the RMA. It's now been 15 business days since they received the return and I have yet to receive a refund. No one EVER answers their phone. No one EVER returns a phone call or email. It's been 3 weeks since the BBB complaint was filed and no response either. This is not a company worth doing business with. My advice... find another company that treats customers with respect and follows their established policies. UPDATE: Finally received my refund after 6 weeks of emailing.
