  2. Every thing was ok except we did not receive a receipt with how much we paid. We would like an invoice sent by email so we can keep track of our purchases thank you.

  3. Parts were easy to find. only thing was sometimes there were 2 or more parts under the same brand with different prices. Had to do some reading to understand the difference.

  1. I'm not sure if the part is the right one or not, it's an antenna and it's not screwing into the base because the base is stripped, so haven't been able to find out.

  2. I don't feel it's fair when I have to pay return postage for a defective part. I paid to have a usable part delivered to me. PartsGeek should pay for returned parts.

  2. Part delivered quickly and as advertised. Pkg was slightly crushed when it arrived leaving slight crease in filter. Could have been shipped in sturdier box or pkg.

  3. Apparently same day shipping if you order before 5pm. I ordered on a Wed and got my part on Thursday ! That's still amazing ... for NJ - NY shipping ! Thanks Parts Geek !
