  2. Every time I have ordered from Personalization Mall, they have done an outstanding job. I ordered my item on a Tuesday and it came Friday, well ahead of the estimate of shipping. When people receive these gifts, they absolutely love them! I filled the cookie jar with cookies and you can't go wrong with that. :) Great job!

  3. The only dissatisfying part of the order was the shipping/handling costs which I felt were pricey. I had a Groupon to use for the purchase which I thought would be a really good deal, once the additional charges were added, the total was back up to the original cost of the item. This was a wedding purchase by a group for a fellow co-worker so we were tyring to get the most for the bucks; all were unhappy w/the amount of these charges.

  1. I've ordered personalized mugs, cups and golf balls, they all turned out amazing, loved them and they made great gifts. Sometimes I was not able to find what I was looking for online, so its nice to be able to design your own gifts for friends and family. We ordered wedding labels, they turned out perfect, exactly what we wanted and could not find anywhere else. I've ordered cards for weddings & anniversaries and they all turned out great, were a reasonable price, even with shipping they were still on par with store prices....and they we personalized to each person or couple which made them more special than store bought.

  2. This place is a joke. I ordered Christmas cards on 12/7 and they didn't make it to my house until 12/23, even though they sent me a notification that my order had shipped on 12/8. What am I supposed to do with Christmas cards that NEED TO BE MAILED on 12/23? And, they sent out the order with NO ENVELOPES. Who sends out Christmas cards without a friggin' envelope. It's very obviously a necessary part of the card giving experience. These were not only Christmas cards, they were a Christmastime announcement of my wife and I expecting a child. RUINED. LAME. Personalization Mall, you suck!

  3. Customer Service at Personilization Mall sucks. I have been ordering from them for over 6 years and I have never had to be home to sign for a package... I paid $12 to ensure delivery for Mother's Day and never was it disclosed to me that I would have to be home for the delivery. Unfortunately, because this was not disclosed to me I was not home for the delivery and it was not here in time for me to give my mom her gift on Mother's Day. Despite the fact that I have been a long time customer and paid for shipping to ensure my delivery was delivered in time for the holiday, Personilization Mall would rather lose a long time customer by providing bad customer service and not refunding me the shipping cost I paid. I will never order from them again now.

  2. Beware that previews look different than results, and nothing is returnable. I got a canvas that turned out with little contrast in darker areas and they refused to do anything about it. I've been buying canvas prints from multiple vendor with no such problem.If this is "manufactured correctly" as they claim, then it must imply their products are simply of inferior quality to competitors.

  3. I ordered a retirement plaque for a friend. The shipping itself was outrageous (simple post office priority mail 3-4 days is cheaper, but not offered). My delivery timeframe in small print was 7-10 business days. We then received a delivery date via UPS and were happily surprised. Don't think that will be your date you actually get it, this is just a date to make you feel good. The package arrived 4 days after the GIVEN delivery date. Talking about a hassle to figure out where my package was. Oh, and customer service...what a sad excuse of service. They may as well put a note in their package:"If anything is wrong and you were inconvenienced, don't bother to call...we do not want to hear it." The rep put herself on mute until I was done talking, then she came back and ask me, if there is anything else she can help me with and refused to put a manager on the phone. Will not order from them again!

  1. I had a great experience with this website last Christmas. I bought a personalized bamboo cutting board as a gift and it turned just beautiful! Because it was around the the holidays, I managed to find a Free Shipping deal as well, which all helped considerably with price of this item. For several days before placing my order I'd been shopping quite extensively on another website with personalized gifts. I was going to buy the personalized cutting board on this other site, but after inputting all of my info and getting ready to purchase, I learned that they were charging me an exorbitant "care and handling" fee. Now weary of personalized gifts, I was able to find a cutting board on Personalizationmall.com that I actually liked a lot better for a better price, and was even more delighted when I found that they did not charge any sketchy fees for doing their job right. Furthermore, even with personalizing and everything, I still got my item super fast.

  3. I ordered 8 engraved champagne flutes. One had blips in the rim, they refused to replace it, even when I sent a photo of the defect. Customer service was unresponsive and rude. I will NEVER use this service again. Better to pay more and get a decent product.
