Just giving personalized gifts shows the receiver that you took the time and actually thought about the present you wanted to give them.   2. I came across PersonalizationMall.com through My Points. Great find! I bought my husband a small wallet type clip that just holds a few cards and has a clip part for cash. The cool part was that I could personalize it. So it turned out to be a great Father's Day gift for him with his initials and the date that I gave it to him. He loved it and uses it all the time! It was a good price and was leather, so good quality. It was simple to buy and go through the online checkout process with is simple and quick. It came in the time stated and wrapped up nicely in a box. I will be going back here for original, personal gifts that are very unique. I am very impressed and satisfied with their website and great variety of products to choose from for all ages. It is a great gift site. They also have a lot of personalized gifts for children that are very special and unique. You don't find them elsewhere.

  1. Do not trust them, I was charged almost 37 dollars and I don't have my order in my hands yet!!!!! It was a present for my boyfriend for Valntine's day and guess what??? no valentine gift for him. I don't even know if I'll get my order... this is unacceptable, I wouldn't give them 1 star but 0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   2. Ordered personal stationary from PersonalizationMall.com and it is the poorest quality stationary I've ever bought or received. The paper looks cheap and printing cheaper. Even more annoying, they put their logo and a bar code stamp on the back of each of your personalized cards for advertising. Called customer service and can assure you that team has zero experience helping with issues. Basically your told that it's personalized therefore you're stuck. Spoke with the manger, Jean and her service was at a Walmart level. There are many options to order stationary, I encourage you to avoid Personalizationmall if you want quality and service.

  3. One of the docotors I work for is leaving the practice and we brought him a marble clock on with his name on it. The item came pretty fast but the clock looked like it was refurbished. It had a crack on one end where it looked like they welded it back together, really tacky. Everyone in my office saw and agreed we needed to send it back. Called customer service, Maureen V was very nice and professional so I thought it would be a breeze to have a new one delivered. She asked me to take a picture to send it to her. I did that and then later recieved this email from their customer relations department. " Thank you for sending the image to us as requested. This has been reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team and they have determined the item was manufactured correctly. We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with the item, but a replacement would be manufactured the same way. They determined that the clock is not cracked, but it is the nature of the marbling." So now I'm stuck with this ...
