  1. I had ordered an item that stated it came with 5lbs of food. When I received my package, it was only a 1.5lb bag of food. Disappointed, but not angry, I contacted Pet Solutions. Don responded to me within an hour on a Friday night. He apologized and offered to send out a 3.5lb bag of food free of charge to make up for the difference. I was so excited! It came 6 days later. The item I purchased was at a great price, and the customer service went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend this company!

  2. Terrible Customer Service. Ordered a simple dog vest on 7/9, paid extra for "expedited shipping" (to arrive within 4 business days).Checked shipment tracking, and it showed as shipped on July 10th - however delivery was expected on July 16th. Since this was over the 4 business days promised, I called to ask for a shipping refund for the difference between expedited shipping and the next slower shipping speed. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and condescending and had zero concern for customer satisfaction and continuously said that this was not the company's issue and regardless of when I placed my order, or when they sent it to the shipper, at that point it is on the shipping company's timeline. She insisted that barring the weekend, the estimated delivery date was within 4 business days (it's not) and refused to do anything.The $2-3 shipping difference doesn't matter at all to me - what I care is about basic consideration, which this company does not have.Will not be coming ...
