  1. The only way you can improve your performance is to send the buyer an email as soon as the product is shipped, especially if a signature is required for the the delivery to be made. If I had not called 4 days before the signature required delivery date, I would not have known that my product was even shipped. The very polite and competent phone staff informed me that It had indeed shipped and I needed to sign for it upon delivery. I was able to arrange to be home to wait for the delivery bc I had sufficient advance notice. I Did not get an email telling me this till the day before delivery which would have not been enough lead time for me to arrange to be home to sign for the delivery.
