  2. Ok it's taking some chances but name your price takes you to hotels you otherwise wouldn't choose yourself. And it saves you a lot. We have been using it for years, but since we now have a two year old son we will be stopping using priceline. Reason is the fact you can't select rooms that are guaranteed to fit 3 persons. Now our son starts outgrowing the cribs we won't take the risk there is no bed or rollaway available.

  1. After booking my room, I called the hotel and provided the confirmation number. I had already paid and wanted to ensure a room close by because I am disabled. They said they could not guarantee that. (Even though I had already paid for the room) When we arrived, they put us across the way. They said they had no rooms available for disabled. When I asked for a closer room, they put me in a building across the way. When we got inside, the window was broken and stuck in an open position to where bugs could crawl inside the room. I complained. They then put us in a second story room. I was told they could put me by an elevator. (But there were none offered) (I asked them what I should do if there was a fire?) The card reader was broken and everyone had to walk to the other side of the building to gain access. We were told it was broken and awaiting a part. When I asked for a refund, they told me there was nothing they could do since I paid through I called Priceline's ...

  2. I've used this site for over a decade and come back often. It's easy and fair prices. We've gotten great rooms for great prices. We recently stayed in a beautiful Hyatt for about half the asking price.

  3. is a good company, but Frontier Airline ripped me off. The counter staff charged me $25 for a luggage smaller than 24 inches X 14 inches X 10 inches. He told me that his company start charging hand carried luggage effective April 28, 2014. I mentioned I never have to pay additional money with any other airlines. He told me his company changed the policy. I told him to measure my small luggage. He refused to do so.On my return trip at Denver International Airport with the same luggage, It was fit right in the pre-measured compartment. No $25 charge for the same luggage. It was a rip-off - dishonest commercial practice.

  1. Good website that offers many options for flights, hotels, car rentals. It is one of the best websites for travel and getting a good sale, perhaps.

  2. I have used (among several travel sites) for over three years now. Each and every time I book with them, I am happy with the hotel. Sure, you don't know the name of the hotel when you book, but you are guaranteed a 4 star resort, for well below the actual room rate. The last booking I did was a Ritz-Carlton, which typically is $145 per night. We got the room for half the price, and had no issues during our stay.

  3. I have used Priceline on all my trips over the last couple of years. Of all the travel sites that I have tried, Priceline really does have the lowest prices, and with what you get you can not go wrong. On my last trip to San Diego, I left it up to Priceline to find the best deals. I was able to find a smok'in deal on a fancy hotel, that otherwise would have been out of my price range. Priceline also hooked me up with airfare deals, and was able to get a great deal on car rental service. Best of all, this site is super easy to use. Overall, Priceline is the way to go if you have a trip coming up, and need to stick to a budget.
