  1. Even though I haven't bought that many products yet from I do think that it is wonderful! They have such a great product selection and the product prices are usually very good. I like the website netter than shopping on television because it is so much easier to just order online. I think that a lot of their products are very unique and something that you probably wouldn't find in the stores. It is so much fun to sit at your desk and browse through many items and then do some shopping. I once ordered some special Christmas cards for friends and family that also included a cd of beautiful Christmas music. Everybody loved them! It was such a different idea and I hope that they do offer them again.

It's convenient that you can see the information on television and then purchase it on The website is really convenient because you can purchase just one item, or you can purchase items on auto delivery. It's perfect because when you are getting low on an item, it just arrives at your door. You don't have to continually go on to purchase the items. Everything I ordered on the website came to me in a very timely manner. It arrived exactly as I thought it would. I also never had anything cancelled on my order. Some websites will leave items on their page, then when you order it, they send you an email indicating it's no longer in stock. The site has a simple layout and the search function works very well. sells just about anything you can imagine at a competitive price. The only thing about is that they don't offer much in the clothing department for men. Some items offer free shipping and handling, but most items will require a fee. The price of shipping and handling varies from item to item. There is usually a promo code on special items or for first time buyers. The promo code is usually 20% off and free shipping. The checkout process was standard and took only a couple of minutes. After placing my order I received a confirmation email and within a day my package shipped. My ordered arrived within 4 business day and everything was packed very well. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

  2. I received a HP Pavilion touch smart notebook for Christmas last year. My family went half on it and ordered from QVC. I must say I've enjoyed the Laptop, it does everything they said it'll pretty much, the hundreds of dollars worth of software and subscriptions for free is great. The fact that it comes on two disks or I can download from a website is very compact, and easy to keep up with. One of the things I liked is that I got windows 8, while QVC was advertising 8.1, I still got to upgrade to 8.1 for free once I received my laptop. What amazed me the most was price for such an exclusive laptop, which was a third of the 4 figure retail. I'm telling you when it comes to buying electronics, buying off tv is where it's at, and QVC is one of the reasons.

  3. I up graded to a new Tom Tom sat nav with free life time map up dates for the life of the device. This will save a lot of money. As the maps would cost 80 a year to update. Bigger better quality screen with voice control. Better to fix to your windscreen does not fall off like the old design. And lane guidance which is much more user friendly. I have bought various items during the last 15 years from QVC. Never had any problems. Excellent customer service no waiting on the phone line for to long. Qvc sells good products from company like Bose, Dyson, HP. Item delivered in good time and well paked.

  1. I've been a customer of QVC for 27 years. Over the years I've purchased 2 computers (different years) upright Oreck Vacuum, different sets of 800 thread count sheets, shoes, clothing, Tresur Perfume/cream sets, "big bold gold" jewelry, and many items for around the house. I've never had to return a thing in 27 years. But the offer a great return policy, so I trust them 100% I highly recommend this company to anyone who prefers to shop online, pay in interest free installments, get guaranteed satisfaction and believes in quality products and TOP notch customer service.

  2. Ordered a steam mop from QVC on 4th Oct. They emailed me an order confirmation and took payment out of my bank immediately - thats where their efficiency ended. When it didn't arrive after 10 days they said they would send me some forms in the post to sign. I would then have to sign them and post them back. No mention of anything being done about the non delivery ! Shockingly poor service i'd say - wish i'd never ordered it in the first place. Doubtless I can look forward to a drawn out procedure to get my money back.

  3. NO Quality, Value, or ConvenienceI bought a camera for a trip a week ago. The estimated date of delivery was Friday (three days before I leave). Concerned by the status, I called customer service on Thursday and was told that there's no way I could receive it by Friday, and it's also not guaranteed to be delivered three days past the estimated delivery date. If I knew that the estimated date of delivery meant nothing, I would have NOT ordered from QVC at all. If I had ordered from other websites, I would have received it already. Now there's no time left to order - I also wasted two extra batteries bought from Amazon for this. I felt there's NO Quality, Value, or Convenience. Very Unhappy about this experience.
