  2. The mobile site is TERRIBLE. If you search for something in Google and find what you want, you can't click on the link to go to the item on Saks' mobile site. It sends you to the main page, where you have to search all over again. I hate being redirected to a main mobile page. I usually just go to a different online store that makes searching / linking from a search engine easier.

  1. I ordered a something for a family member from for Christmas. I had ordered it about 2 weeks before Christmas. I think the site has a good layout, its very easy to view any items you are looking at. There are multiple pictures of the item so you can see it from different angles. There are reviews which I find very helpful. I like that free shipping promotional codes are always listed where you can see them on the homepage. So getting back to the order I placed. The product came very quickly. I ordered it and the next day it was shipped out. I received the item about a day or two after that. I could not believe how fast the process was. Also, when it arrived it was packaged very nice. I think is a great site. I find it a great site to browse on and I think it is a great site to purchase from. I also love that I can order items online and return them to the store. I recommend this site.

  2. I really like this company. Their items tend to be a little pricier, but they are worth it. I think their website is visually appealing and easy to navigate. It is very easy to order on their website, and their shipping is timely. I have ordered several items from this store, almost always on sale, or through their outlet store. I have always been satisfied with the quality of the items upon receipt in the mail. I have ordered headbands, hats, and clothing. I look at it as an investment. The pieces I chose seem timeless to me and are so luxurious and beautiful that I plan on wearing them for many years to come. I have never had to use their customer service, so that is about the only aspect I cannot speak to. However, I look at it as a good thing. My favorite product that I wear all the time is the headbands. I think they especially ooze class and speak to the higher-end of the market.   3. Saks Fifth Avenue is a high-end store that offers designer brands. Generally, there is NO way I can shop at this specific retailer due to the prices. I have found however that has amazing sales on their website! There are a very limited number of Saks stores so the fact that you can order online is a necessity for a large number of people if they wish to shop there. The website is extremely minimal and is set up just like most online retailers. You chose the category you want and then the subset within that category. You do have to sign up for the website to proceed with checkout but it is quick. They offer free shipping on all orders all the time. I have only had one problem with an order; they sent me the wrong size shirt. The customer service lady was extremely nice and we got the problem resolved quickly. They have a phone number and a chat option on the top part of their web page so you have more than one way to contact customer service. I cannot get even close to ...

  1. I purchased a Salvatore belt from Saks online store. I was entitled for a free express shipping to Australia since the order satisfied the "free shipping if purchase more than $100" condition. The belt arrived this morning which is exactly one week after the payment. Super fast!! Belt came in excellent condition with dust bags, in nice packaging and professionally handled. I was very pleased with this experience. Retail price in Aus for this belt is $475 and I got it for $363.90. Hell yes, I saved more than $100 just for wearing it a week later. Couldn't be happier.

  2. The worst! has changed for the worst in the last years. They recently had an event "gift card with purchase". Lured by the offer, I bought this Prada boots for $1,400 which entitled me to a $150.00 gift card, as it was posted in their site and as it showed in my invoice and was confirmed by the sales rep. Little I knew my credit card was been charged an extra $150 in a separate transaction, to cover the gift card. This was done without my authorization, or without notifying me of that action. So they sold me the boots plus an unrequested $150 gift card. Later they cancelled my order twice telling me that the item is not available when it is still showing on line as available. So I order another size and they sent me the wrong item. Total mess! Don't shop with Saks unless you want to be terribly disappointed and overcharged!!

  3. Poor service, and Saks seems to have very little clue about what they carry. I recently ordered a Longchamp Le Pliage Cuir bag in camel. This is the leather version of the infamous Le Pliage series - the foldable tote. I'd had other Longchamp leather (structured) bags as well as the fabric version of Le Pliage in different sizes. The leather quality of the bag sent by Saks was fine, except on the back side, the outer (leather) layer was adhered to the lining in a wrinkled manner. When I unfolded/spread it, the surface was bumpy & couldn't be flattened/smoothed. So I contacted Saks to exchange. They were sold out of the camel color; so I requested another color in the same size. (Basically, another small Le Pliage Cuir in red.) I'd gotten promo pricing thru their Friends & Family sale; incredibly, the rep wouldn't let me exchange to the red one because both he AND his supervisor thought the red one (same price) was a different bag.   1. "I wanted to return a bag at Saks Fifth Avenue that I never use. So I asked the employee for his manager, he called her three times before she finally came out. I waited for a total of 30mins before she told me she wouldn't return them and even though it was only a week ago when I bought them. She said, "Clearly you don't work at Saks, I won't return them." All I can say is I went home and cut my Saks credit card in half and won't be shopping at Saks anymore. Perhaps I will come back my favourite shop: again"

  2. We ordered two small items and paid more in shipping and tax fees than the actual cost of the products. When they arrived one of them was the wrong item. The correct one was suspiciously now out of stock so they were unable to replace it. If we ordered the correct item again in future they would charge us the massive shipping and tax fees again! To their credit they did offer to refund including all fees on the incorrect product but it wasn't worth the hassle, and we wouldn't have ordered in the first place at all for the sake of just one item. We won't be using this site again.
