  1. After a few issues pertaining to an order from the online website, everything was perfect! An item was missing in my order, but the saks support system helped me out in the end. My experience was good overall and i will, if the refund comes through, certainly buy from saks again.

  2. I ordered some things last week. I received them on Monday of this week. I needed a different size shoe b/c the obe i ordered didnt fit. I xalled and had her pull up my existing order and asked for a new size to purchase and i would return the wtong size to my nearby store. She placed the order and was nice however when i received my confirmation email it was the WRONG color. I them again had to xall to get this corrected and try to stop the order for the wrong colir. AMY was very helpful and was able to redo the order but couldnt stop the shipment until fedex got a tracking number. She tried to next day it but it actually took 2 days. I feel she did a great job in trying to rectify another sales associats mistake.

  3. Amy Phelps, a Saks rep from online customer support chat, went above and beyond my expectations. I had not received a credit that was offered from PayPal and PayPal argued that it was a Sak's promotion when it was obviously not. She not only offered to look into the details, she called me and she called PayPal to dispute the fact that it was not a Sak's promotion and that it was a PayPal offer. She saved me $100! I had already contacted PayPal multiple times for this and no other Saks rep would call on my behalf to vouch that it was not a Saks offer. Amy came to the rescue and blew me away! Because of her, I would definitely, absolutely, positively shop again at Saks. People like her who give the best customer service are the reason people love to shop at Saks.
