  1. Sephora.com sells high-end brand name makeup, cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances, along with their own line of beauty products. Before you shop at Sephora.com, join the Beauty Insider - there's a free gift for joining, mine was a sample-sized set of Sephora brand's lipstick, blush, and mascara - although the items will change. The blush and lipstick are a very pretty, neutral color but the lipstick was very soft; it ran within an hour. You also get a free gift on your birthday, ( I haven't had mine yet so I don't know what I'll get) and three free samples with every order, even if your order is less than $50. Purchases give you points that you can redeem for a selection of merchandise - their choice, not yours. Sephora.com's prices are what I consider to be high, but they have a very wide range and brands of beauty products and free, 3-day shipping at $50. Sephora.com also has a lot of how-to videos - I found the ones on eyebrow shaping, and face contouring helpful. Overall, ...

  2. I love sephora.com because they have a great selection, fast shipping, and give free samples with every order. They offer 3 samples (of your choice) no matter how much you spend. They also have a rewards program where for every 100 points you may pick a deluxe sample or save them for the future. Sephora.com also comes out with many good codes to use while shopping on their site. I would suggest becoming their friend on facebook as they have a new deal (sometimes a freebie) on Fridays for their facebok fans.

  3. I don't always buy high end makeup but when I do it is at Sephora.com. I started using the website when I moved away from my local retail store. It is a great site that offers any time of beauty product you could ever want. The best part about shopping online at Sephora.com is that they rarely go out of stock in the products you are looking for! If you know what you are looking for or if you just want to browse, this site is a go to for makeup and supplies.

  1. I love that Sephora is a one-stop shopping place for cosmetics and facial items. Their website is amazing and I love all the samples. Their point system is great. Customer service is excellent though I rarely have used it because they never make mistakes. Awesome store!

  2. Sephora has so many wonderful hair products to choose from! I have curly hair and like to experiment. Whatever I'm looking for, they usually have. Was disappointed some of the locations stopped carrying Carol's Daughter, but there are plenty of other wonderful products, like Moroccan Oil. They also will give you samples if you ask.

  1. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!Ordering a few products they do not carry instore I ordered online. The web browser refreshed several times and an old address was used. I called their customer service number immediately and they assured me this would be corrected. The shipping information was still incorrect, upon trying to enter the tracking number into boarder free the number did not exist (boarder frees customer service number is actually an Internet company). Finally calling sephora again they informed me that although I called three days before the order was shipped there could be no changes or cancellations - that I had been misinformed by their staff.

  2. I LOVE SEPHORA. Everything arrives very fast! You get free samples in every purchase. I can not ask for much more. I am a frequent buyer at the online site. In store they are very friendly too, just easier to buy online plus the free goodies. I can take my time and look online.
