  1. I placed an order with them in Oct. 11. I requested and update in Oct. 17 they told me that order was being processed by manufacturer, request to cancel order on Oct. 23, they told me that that was not possible. I disputed the transaction, on Oct. 28 they changed the status to payment reversed. On Nov. 1 there's no trace of my money. A complete fraud.

  2. I received wrong size of boot then I ordered.Customer service not friendly.In case of return ,you have to pay for shipping cost of order and shipping cost of return.(never met terms like that).

  3. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEVER EVEN RECEIVED MY SHOES! I ordered two pairs of shoes from shoebacca.com a day BEFORE I place an order with Zappos.com. My order from Zappos arrived in 3 days (ordered Monday evening and arrived Thursday). However, my order with shoebacca did not show up so after 10 days, I called to check on my order. It had not been processed. After another full week, I called again. So after 17 days, my ordered status was still processing. After 24 days, I canceled my order. They never e-mailed or called me back after all 5 of my calls and I requested to be contacted after each call. Bottom line, to hell with shoebacca. Order from Zappos.com. I won't order anywhere else now.
