  2. Not sure it was shoplet but my purchase arrived damaged. Shoplet did an Awesome job getting replacement out ASAP. Very happy with their service!

  3. Order was fine, just one little quirk - the pens came in a big box though which was very strange. Box was about 12" x 8" x 6" just for 5 small pens... Very very odd.

  3. I ordered two types of bags and signed up for auto reorder. I got my order plus the reorder for June. I have kept both orders but do not want my June order. How do I stop it.

  1. Don't waste your time with this company, wasn't even able to actually place an order...... I just wasted an hour of time trying to place an order on @shoplet .ca to find out QUEBEC is one of the territories they don't ship to........ Hold time was 20 minutes and I got the same rep as on live chat apparently this is a one man band

  2. Tried a few times to place an order under their advertised 25% discount. The website was unresponsive and gave errors. So I reached out to their customer service. At first they denied their was any discount offer. Then they asked for a copy of the email they sent. Then they said maybe it was because one item of the many in my shopping cart was on sale. Both the online chat and the email to customer service was a complete waste of time. Thankfully I realized before placing the order that these folks had no idea how to provide customer service, and would likely screw up my order. Run to another seller before you regret ever dealing with these people.
