  1. I did have some difficulty using the site. I used a link to open for a 5% discount, but when I entered my account the discount was removed. I had another coupon, but the checkout didn't show a place to enter the coupon code, so I received neither discount.

  2. I ordered some small clipboards which were the perfect sizes and exactly what I wanted. I will have to sand down some of the edges as they were a little prickly to the touch. I am giving them to children, so I didn't want them to catch any small splinters.

  1. I don't like it that you allow Walmart to sell your items less expensive than I can buy them from you. And you would not price match that price. Why not pass that price on to valued customers? :(

  3. Clicked on the SEE IT button and the item I wanted at the price advertised and in stock ready to go in the cart. I'm still shocked at how easy & fast this was, my wife and I have been looking for an appropriate microwave cart for our daughter at a good prices for days, now we got a fantastic price! Well, sadly 3 days after we were billed we also rec'd an email that the product wasn't available and our money would be refunded (it stated that we may be charged a return fee but we weren't, I'm guessing since they were out of stock) It was and is so disappointing, and made worse since we called our daughter, her husband, and bragged about the company since it was pretty much a concrete deal, then they jabbed us with no product and no great sale. It was embarrassing

  1. I ordered a dry erase board with a cabinet. It was VERY expensive. The item came, and it was too large. I tried returning it. The company told me I would simply have to pay for return shipping--which I agreed to do. However, when the company sent me a return authorization number via email, they included SUPRISE SURPRISE that I had to pay a 25% restocking fee on top of the return shipping costs. I contacted Jason at Shoplet and he didn't care--said it was beyond his control because their supplier (Norco--Balt) charged them the restocking fee so he had to pass it on to me. I told him that his agreement with his supplier should not affect me and that it was not represented to me that there would be a 25% restocking fee. Both Norco--Balt and REFUSED ENTIRELY TO NOT CHARGE 25% RESTOCKING. I told him I would tell the truth of's horrible customer service and would influence every one I knew and everyone I could possibly influence on the internet to NOT PURCHASE ...

  2. I guess I felt compelled to write this review due to all bad reviews. Maybe I just got lucky? But after this order I will use them again. I placed an order for colored copy paper on Friday morning. Staples and Office Depot both wanted close to $12 per ream for colored copy paper. Shoplet had it for under $5. I figured for the savings it was worth a try as we use a lot of colored paper. Friday I received an email that my order had shipped and I received it Monday around noon. All three cases (30) reams arrived in good shape by UPS. Free shipping for 150 pounds of copy paper is a deal to me. Thanks, John Bell

  3. HORRIBLE!!! Placed an order for copy paper with Shoplet. They were a bit less expensive then my usual carrier so I gave them a shot. Was told I would receive my order in two business days. 2 days came and went and no delivery. I contacted them and s/w someone named Brandon. Brandon is a joke. Must be some kid right out of high school or something. He was unprofessional and just didn't give a damn that my order did not arrive. He went on to tell me that my billing address was incorrect on my credit card. That was definitely not the case as I verified it was correct. Brandon then went on to tell me the order would arrive the next business day. Well guess what, no delivery. I called them again and s/w some other lady. She did not know why my order had not arrived and asked ME to call the shipping company. I've never heard of such a thing. Horrible, Horrible customer service. It goes without saying that this is the last order I ever place with these bozos. Stay away from this company!
