  1. I didn't need to contact Sonic Electronix for anything but I'm sure their services is great. Their pricing was the best around and free 2-day shipping. My subwoofer and amplifier arrived packaged very securely, it would have taken extreme negligence on the shipper's part to somehow damage my order. Very pleased and I recommend to all my friends looking for audio equipment.

  3. I only buy my car electronics from Sonic. Best prices, best service, and down to earth people. I work at Frys Electronics in the Car Audio Dept. and I always recommend people to shop at Sonic because they have what we dont carry and always beat our prices.

  2. ***** BEWARE THIS RESELLER SELLS USED PRODUCT AS NEW ***** I ordered an Audeze LCD-3 headphone during their Memorial Day sale. I paid with my VISA. SonicElectronix asked me to answer some security questions for the payment and they confirmed that I answered the security questions correctly and the payment should go through. A few days later SonicElectronix told me there is something wrong with the payment and asked me to pay with paypal instead. I checked with my credit card company and SonicElectronix already charged my credit card for the order. I contacted SonicElectronix and spoke to multiple customer service representatives and managers. SonicElectronix kept telling me that I will receive a refund to my credit card next day which never happened. Nobody had answer to why they refund my credit card after charge went thought. Eight days later, SonicElectronix told me there is a software error and they refunded my credit card. It took eight days and multiple phone calls for ...

  3. I am fed up with Sonic. I ordered a Clarion car radio that comes with a free Bluetooth mic, but because I didn't check the right box, the mic didn't get put in my shopping cart. I called and got put in a 9 minute queue that stretched into 30, with repeated messages that my call would be answered in one minute. Then a representative told me that yes, they would send the mic. Then later I got an e-mail that said - no they won't. So now all I want is to return the radio and get my money back. This is a dishonest company that plays tricks on customers and is not committed to customer service or quality.
