I ordered my item (an authenticated signed baseball by Rod Carew) and I got an e-mail from them the same day indicating and confirming that the order was received and would be shipped out to me on a date certain. They also indicated that the items will arrive on my doorstep also honored a certain. The item was shipped as they indicated and it arrived on my doorstep just as a indicated perfect! It was easy to order, it was fast, clean and professional. I would definitely order from this merchant again. They have gained my confidence and I would order will recommend anyone else to order for this merchant again. Thank you for the opportunity of expressing my view. Chuck Cota

  1. I ordered from you for the first time this year - nervously, I will admit. Ordering cross-border has always been problematic, and I was ordering THE Christmas gift that just had to be under the tree. I called to check on the status of the order...and thank God I got Andrew. He said he'd follow up. Honestly, I was skeptical; I'd heard that before. But follow up he did - twice by email and once by phone. I couldn't believe it! He actually cared. My order arrived when he said it would, undamaged, and Christmas is saved. Andrew is an asset to you. All of your agents should treat their customers like he treated me. And, if they do, I'll be ordering again. Thanks, Andrew!!!

  2. Camilo at sportsmemorabilia.com had provided me with EXCELLENT customer service. As a company manager I deal with plenty of other businesses and I must say this was the best customer service I have ever received. I was extremely worried about my order being shipped on time due to storms and Trenessa from sports memorabilia had helped me tremendously with the updated tracking information and assured me that my order would be here on time and even sent me the updated tracking numbers to help me. She was extremely polite, bubbly, and wonderful to speak with. I had ordered a case for a autographed football, once it arrived I was having trouble assembling it and Camilo Yanez helped me out so much!! He looked at the pictures and calmly reassured me that we would fix the issue. I thought maybe they sent the wrong top but Camilo assured me it was definitely the right pieces. He helped me to assemble it over the phone and was extremely calm and courteous throughout the entire process. I must ...

I corresponded with Christine Benavente who was extremely polite, professional; handled my order from beginning to end with all the set backs. She even emailed continuously to follow up which is unheard of in today's marketplace!   1. SportsMemorabilia.com never shipped my order. After about a week, I emailed them asking why the order was never shipped. I never got an answer.. Emailed them again, no answer. So, after about 2 weeks of no arrival, I called them. I was told I would have someone call me back about the order update but guess what? Never got a call! How bizarre is that. So then, I chatted with them. Jonathan told me 3 days after the order was placed, the order was cancelled. I asked him where my money was for the refund and he told me the refund was issued immediately. It has been almost 2 weeks and guess what? NO REFUND! I contacted my lawyer about this. I also contacted and filed complaints against this SCAM THEY CALL A BUSINESS to the FTC and to the BBB. Can't wait to see how fast they respond to complaints that are filed through larger companies. If I don't end up getting my refund, guess what? I am going to sue them. DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY SCAM YOU AND ARE NOTHING SHORT OF FRAUDSTERS!!!!!!!!!!
