  3. Goods ordered were delivered as described. I ordered two items. One arrived promptly. On did not arrive in a timely fashion and I called customer service. It then arrived directly. Only complaint....I should have not had to call customer service in order to receive the second item of my order....or, barring that, they should have notified me it was going to be late in arriving.

  1. Said they were representatives with fanatics.com and they were calling me cause I purchase alot of memorabilia and the could save me money. So I decided to give them a call and ordered from their representative and got the confirmation email and they are with sportsmemorabilia.com.. Just so you know fanatics.com is aware of your deceptive practice and impersonation of their business

  2. Update: After calling about 5 times this morning and getting transferred to "someone who can help with that". Dan and Jake just transferred me to a voicemail. I received a call back from the very accommodating and personable Jessica. She's the only one there with any sense. She let me know exactly what was going on with my package even provided the FedEx tracking number. It was delayed a day because I requested the framing option. In hindsight, I should have just sent it out for framing somewhere local if I knew it was going to be a day later but nonetheless I at least know what's happing and can schedule accordingly. Thank you Jessica! Original Review: This review is on their customer service only. I purchased a signed jersey last night. I paid the almost $60 overnight shipping since the day after tomorrow is Thanksgiving and that's my boyfriend's birthday. It's the 22nd of November and the email confirmation says it won't be shipped out until NOV 30!!! I so desperately need it to arrive tomorrow. I called three times today, left one voicemail. Nothing. I emailed through the website and it couldn't be delivered. If it arrives tomorrow I will update this review.
