  1. I went to print out my stamps and after a single print went for an entire page. My computer pushed the page thru without printing but the money was gone. I tried again and the same theing happened and now my account was depleted. I called Stamps.com and they were very helpful and with 10 minutes trusted me and recredited my account. Perfect. I rebooted and then retried and it all worked great. Thanks and I am a stamps.com guy forever

  3. Stamps.com will save you time and money for all your postage needs. It generates neatly printed labels so that all your Priority Mail packages get where they're going with a minimum of fuss and bother. It creates a database of people to whom you send stuff so you don't have to keep re-writing the same name and address over and over again. It also prints all your envelopes neatly, once again making certain that your stuff gets where you want it to go. You also get a discount on many services which basically covers the cost of any labels you might purchase.

  1. I signed up for Stamps.com free trial to see what they had to offer. Once I had set up my account and had an opportunity to browse the site I realized it was not for me. My family barely mails 1-2 pieces a month (if that) so a monthly membership fee would NOT save us any money. 24 hours after I signed up for a risk free trial I see a $1.00 charge on my account, I sent an email regarding the $1.00 charge and explicitly included in the email that I was not interested in continuing my free trial and further I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY FUTURE CHARGES. Evidently an additional email was sent to me which was directed to my SPAM folder (my fault apparently for not checking) requiring additional information in order to cancel my subscription, I just spent 15 minutes on the phone cancelling my account, it was frustrating, unnecessary but could have been avoided if I had checked my spam folder....They were not helpful, didn't listen to me and reminded me that the charges on my credit card were not ...

  3. Another company like Time Warner. Epic Fail !!! SCAM...What type of company does NOT send out billing statements? STAMPS.COM!!! They've been billing my account the past NINE MONTHS and I recently got an email stating they weren't able to charge it for last month, because I changed my card not long ago. They stated they do notify us but dumb company only sent me an email when I first signed up. THEY DID NOT SEND ME EMAIL CONFIRMATION FOR PAYMENTS MADE EACH MONTH. Why? I bet 50%-70% of their revenue comes from non-authorized charges on the card.
