  1. There is no follow-through on backorders essentially and it takes almost an hour on hold to talk to somebody at the facility regarding back orders. So I'm sitting here waiting for my product or my money back or have to waste an hour on the phone to try to get it done

  3. Website has improved. Every single time I order it takes a very, very long time to receive my product. I like to start local and would like to see this business thrive, but improvements on the customer service end could be made. Possibly some credit towards back ordered items or a customer loyalty discount.
