  1. Everything was done quickly and on time but I chose a specific arrangement and the one that was delivered didn't have the same color type at all, different flowers, and came in a small vase. Very different from the picture I selected.

  2. My recipient got what I ordered and with good turn around tim, considered I ordered almost the day before. I used discount coupon, but it was still expensive to send fresh flowers out of town. But then the receiver was very happy so it was all worth it, I guess.

  1. I sent my mom some flowers for her birthday from Teleflora. I was a little concerned about delivery because she lives in the woods in WA state. Also, I hadn't read all the terrible reviews that Teleflora is getting until after I purchased! But mom said that the flowers were beautiful and she emailed me a photo of them. Very similar to what I ordered. So my experience was very good.

  2. only hiccup was I was initially told my scheduled delivery date would not work. When I contacted customer service the delivery was back on. Much better than last year when my order was not delivered at all.

  3. Only complaint was the purple vase was not used (as pictured) but the receiver didn't really mind.

  1. Teleflora flat out LIES! They basically hope local florists can fulfill your order and take your money. Their customer service reps and supervisors are nasty and condescending. I will never use them again and I wish I could give them zero stars!

  2. I placed an order for delivery and received a call that that specific item was not available. Modified the request slightly and insisted delivery be made by the florist I chose. The product delivered was totally different and delivered by a different florist than I had selected. My call to them resulted in another delivery with the product I requested and from the florist I requested promised for the same day. Email confirmation was promised. Never happened.

  3. So the flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday 2/12/16, 5PM comes around and no signs of the flowers. Eventually contact GF and ruined the surprise and she confirmed it wasn't there. I emailed first and get a generic response that the florist would contact me, never did. Tried calling Teleflora 2 or 3 times, the first times i was on hold for so long that i tried later (20+ minutes hold each call). I eventually got a hold of someone and he said that the florist was too busy and would deliver next day. Except this is an office and isn't open on Saturday. So i asked him if he could change the address, which he was able to do (the only good thing). Then Saturday comes around and it's 7PM, i tried calling Teleflora again except every time you get transferred you get immediately disconnected (suspicious). I then send an email and get a response saying it was delivered at 4PM on Saturday. My security cameras say otherwise, it was around 7:30PM.The flowers were actually delivered by ...

  1. I ordered the Purple Butterfly basket that contained 2 purple African Violets. I ordered them for a very good friend's retirement. They delivered them at the time specified, but I was mortified when they were brought to her. The basket was all out of shape, the ribbon was not as shown and the flowers....well what can I say about two plants that looked almost dead. I was so embarrassed I wanted to cry. My friend thought they were fine, but no the whole arrangement was garbage. Definitely not worth even close to what they charge. I will never order from Teleflora again.

  2. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my husband who is home alone on Valentine's day. He had a traumatic brain injury 4 months ago and I have to be away working because of it. I paid through paypal they claimed my credit card didnt go through but I have confirmation both through paypal and the credit card they got their money. Tried three times with customer service today. They hung up on me twice reprocessed the order with another payment method the customer service rep didnt complete the order despite saying it was. Billed me again. Then said they couldnt deliver the flowers until Monday and I placed the order yesterday for delivery yesterday most unreliable company ever. Dont use them. Then I had to explain to my poor brain injured husband why he was forgotten on valentine's day.

  3. Ordered flowers for my dying mother in law. We upgraded to the deluxe. When I saw them 2 days later, they were half dead and not even remotely what we ordered. Called them the next morning, was told they would replace the next day, Saturday. Went to in-laws Sunday. No flowers. Called and raised holy you know what!!!! I was told I needed to have notified them within 24 hours if the order was wrong! Ummm, I best most of their business is out of state. How is that possible? I got my money back, but will never ever use them again!!!!!

  1. The bouquet was delivered one day after the delivery date. The bouquet looked nothing like what was shown on the original image and finally, they charged my card a few days later, taking the 20% off they had given me at check out. This is a very bad company. DON'T HIRE THEM!!!
