  1. Bought a Head racquet and wrist bands. My order specified that I wanted a call at my home to discuss my options concerning stringing for the racquet. A message was received on my phone and subsequently I returned that call to Customer Service. Discussed stringing, I made a decision, and a few days later the racquet arrived with a very good stringing job. Used the racquet in a match against a buddy who had been consistently victorious on the court. With the new racquet I was immediately able to win the first set, the first time in four months.

I've been a customer for tennis express for years (mainly shoes), but lately, the prices have not been competitive, and other websites offer better prices with express shipping at no additional cost. Not to mention, certain shoes are not offered here whereas 3 or 4 other sites have the one shoe you all dont, so availability is also key.

  1. The worst online retailer I have dealt with. Their idea of free shipping and free returns is ONLY for orders over $75. No visibility into the status of the return or the refund, and when you call their non-toll free number, it sounds like you're speaking with 'Roz' (Monster's Inc.) and that you've really cramped her day! Find another online retailer for all things tennis.

  2. Horrible service !!!I . I ordered three items on April 16th , it is April 28th today. The third item hasn't been delivered . No one answers phone, so left message, but I haven't heard from them.

  3. I purchased almost $150.00 worth of tennis clothes in January and was charged twice for these items. I've called 3 times and emailed 3 times trying to get the additional charge removed. Each phone call I get a different excuse, the last one was the billing office computers were down. I got no response from the emails. I will be talking to my bank to dispute the charges. Terrible customer service.

  1. I was so excited to receive the items I ordered. Waited for 9 days still no shipment and finally asked whereabouts and they told me they couldn't find my whole orders. So they sent me next day air. But received items they could only find in their warehouse was less that half amount I ordered. I checked my bill and it was charged full amount and still no refund after 30 days of purchased date. I asked them for refund No reply. No service. No refund!! Took my money.
