  1. I have a Teva shoe product that I've been wearing for a number of years and because I love it, I wanted to get some more. The new ones are a bit of a pain because they don't fit the same, probably because they're new. Logically, they have to be broken in and hopefully will be the same. In the meantime, I've avoided wearing them. Oh well ....

  1. Agree with the other reviewer. Spent £100 on a pair of boots in my usual size that swamped me. Bought an insole to try and alleviate it, but they still slipped up and down. In the meantime I lost the pre-paid label for return. That's where the problems started. After a few 'phone calls and promise of a pre-paid label, an email followed lying about the conversation, refusing a pre paid label, and saying I'd ordered the wrong size: and, because I'd had the temerity to wear them, it was too bad. Hello! Yes, they had been worn, INDOORS whilst I tried in vain to improve the fit (they were really comfy boots). Blah, blah, eventually sent them back with a covering letter complaining to both teva uk and Deckers. No satisfactory response, they're still 'looking for the parcel', no refund and no replacement boots after yet another 12 days. Fortunately I returned them within the 7 day period which covers me under the Distance Selling Regulations and paid on a credit card. Dispute opened. ...
