  1. Product was great but the shipping was delayed. Company claimed it was because the bed was manufactured. Wish I would have been told to expect these delays before buying.

  2. Item arrived at the warehouse ontime, but the first available delivery was later than the last date promised. Scheduling process was smooth, but it's not white glove delivery. Now have to hire carpet cleaning service because delivery crew didn't wear shoe covers.

  3. They do not ship to Hawaii, so I had to ship to a continental address, and have the item shipped from there. Having a policy of not shipping mattresses to Hawaii I can understand, but this was just a box of legs and their one policy for all products did this customer a dis-service.

  1. The Ordering was very good however the delivery and set up was not very professional. The 2 men wanted to drop the mattress off and leave. They were not very friendly and I felt like it was a bother to them to deliver the mattress. They also refused to set up the box until I asked them several times.

  2. I don't like that I cannot claim all my rewards points at once. I earned those points and should be able to use them. I don't like how your site shows the lowest price for sheets even after I selected that I am shopping for King sheets. I click on that item thinking that it's a really good price only to find out that is the price for twin sheets.

  3. Negatives: 1. Customer support didn't really know much about this specific mattress and 2. Delivery was frustratring - didn't receive mattress until around 9:30pm and had to call to find out where / when my order would be delivered. Positives: Mattress was delivered on time (just not a convenient time), fairly priced and the online order was painless. US Mattress should track orders via GPS to a customer house so that a customer can go to one website to find out everything about an order.
