  1. I recently used Walgreens.com to purchase heath and beauty products. I enjoyed most of my shopping experience on Walgreens.com. I needed to purchase four separate items and found that it was very easy to search for and find these items on the website. I really liked that the price, product size, and description of the product were all clear. It was very easy to find the product I was looking for and to ensure that I was purchasing the correct item. Once my shopping cart was finished, I clicked the "checkout" option. This is where things got a little confusing. I wanted to apply my balance rewards but had a hard time figuring out how to apply these rewards. It was also difficult to determine if my balance rewards account was tied to my Walgreens.com account or if this was a different account all together. I eventually figured out how to apply my balance rewards and completed the checkout process. Overall, I had a good experience shopping on Walgreens.com and will know how to complete ...

  2. It's hard to rate a company that sells so many things because in one area, Walgreens do pretty well, but in another, they lack a bit. When it comes to using their website, it's easy, especially putting together photo albums or ordering pictures. They often have good deals and the shipping is extremely quick. However, don't expect high-quality photos as this is just Walgreens, remember. Also, Walgreens is one of the few places I can find dye-free Ibuprofen, and when I can order stuff like this online, I'm really pleased as I do most of my shopping online anymore. Websites are getting so sophisticated and quick that if I do come across a website that is hard to use, I just don't get onto it. I have not had that happen with Walgreens yet. Like a lot of bigger company websites that sell a huge variety of items, their pages can get so busy and confusing. They also send out way too many emails. They have so many sales that you wonder why they mark their items up so high in the first place ...

  3. Walgreens.com is more than just an online version of the drugstore. You can do so much more than just shop for medicines and beauty supplies. I use this website a lot to upload my photos to the photo section and I can have them printed and ready for pick up at my convenience. I also love that I can refill my prescriptions right online so I know they will be ready for me. They also carry a lot of brands and products that are only available on the website. Shipping is available for an affordable fee and items always arrive quickly.

  1. New Walgreens in Grants, New Mexico is GREAT - courteous, knowledgeable staff; clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate; a welcome addition to our small town! I have not used Walgreens on line, and was surprised to read all of the negative reviews - good to know.

  2. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I just had the worst experience ever at the Walgreens located at 379 Myrtle Ave in Brooklyn. My boyfriend and I walked in the store around 7:30 pm today. After being in the store no more than 2 minutes a cashier made an announce for security to walk the floor; At first I thought nothing of the announcement because security secures and surveys the premises for potential questionable activity, granted. However, the security guard (Kalorda/Calorda) on duty walked straight out of the back room and stood directly in front of my boyfriend and I and stood there and gawked at us for about 4/5 minutes instead of walking the floor securing things. At that time I became so frustrated. In all of my 28 years on this earth I have never been outright, disrespectfully racially profiled by another black person and it felt degrading and humiliating. I am not sure of the skin color or dress code requirements to shop in this store but if this is just a sliver of the ...

  3. Found this site because another merchant asked me to review them, and thought that while I was here, I'd put in a good word for my local Walgreens store at 7th St and McDowell in Phoenix. The employees are very nice, always helpful, and by shopping the sales and clearance shelves, I get really good deals. I noticed that Walgreens overall rating is really low, so I looked at the other reviews to see if I was missing something. First of all, most of the other reviews are either for their pharmacies or their website, which all seem to be connected in name only. Secondly, there are only 56 reviews from 2004 to now. Walgreens has stores all over the country, with at least 20 in Phoenix alone, so over the last 10 years, they've had billions or trillions of transactions. When so many reviews are bad, it makes you wonder, but 56 is like a spit in the ocean. Such a small sample makes the data strictly anecdotal, and statistically meaningless.

  2. So, I'm allergic to lots of product ingredients, but weird ones, so I'll end up with like one brand of deodorant and one brand of sunscreen I can use. I order in bulk usually, but sometimes you run out or are traveling. Walgreen's is the only place I've ever been able to always run in and find it!

  3. I purchased several "Sale" items at a Walgreens in Marietta, GA. Normally, I am very happy with the customer service, prices and sales. On this particular date, there were huge banners showing sales prices and savings. But, when I went to check-out, several items were no longer on sale and the cashier had no interest in making sure I got the items for the sales price. I ended up returning over 3/4 of the items I purchased, due to the lack of organization, knowledge and customer service. It goes to show you that customer service can go a long way.
