  2. There was damage on the initial shipment. Wayfair customer support was superb in getting this resolved. Great communications and a great end result. Bed and mattress I purchased are also great. As advertised and exceptional price.

  3. High quality furniture at fair price. Let me know when an item was going to be a day or two later than another from the same order. Shipped next day, received next week. Rigid desk and chair feel built to last, boxed to ship, satisfactory results.

  2. I purchased two music designed clocks. One was for my private studio where I teach piano and voice. The students love to look at the clock so much that I moved it out of their vision, so they can concentrate when taking lessons. The other clock was for a friend whose living room resembles a fashionable music salon. He was thrilled with the Picasso-like design. I'm very pleased with my purchases.

  3. I have purchased several items from Wayfair over the past year and in every case the items arrived promptly, in good shape, and were precisely as described on the site. Sadly this week the fire pit I bought arrived having been smashed and dented during shipping due to poor packaging. We called the Wayfair service desk and the woman who helped us was very thorough and efficient in processing our issue and refunding us our money with no hassle. We are very happy Wayfair customers who would shop through this reseller again in a minute!

  3. Wow! Absolutely amazing customer service, a special mention to Kim Sullivan who dealt with my issue so effectively. My bed became faulty over a year after purchasing and as a replacement was not available, due to item being discontinued, a full refund of bed frame and matching bedside cabinets, which were not faulty, was issued. We have just completed a house build so have ordered lots of different items from a number of retailers but Wayfairs customer service stands out by far. I would highly recommend this retailer and would have no concerns ordering from them, I will defiently continue to purchase from them. Well done Wayfair you are a breath of fresh air!

  1. My garage was damaged by the delivery truck and because i signed a form saying the merchandise was delivered undamaged, Wayfair claims that i am also saying my garage is undamaged. They are not going to make it right. tI also has taken many months to even get this answer. i will never order from them again. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Placed an order for my business over a month ago. Of course they try and deliver after 5 even though I have a business account and called them to let them know ahead of time. They said if they don't arrive in time they would come next day. No call or show the next day. Now they are telling us we must wait another week and have a 12 hour delivery window of 8 am to 8 pm. I will never use them again.

  3. I live in VA and renovating my vacation house in FL. I placed an order to buy a kitchen sink at Wayfair, which was accepted. Next day I got an email from the company stating that the order has been cancelled. When I called the co, an associate told me that the shipping address and the credit card address have to be the same!! WHY????? I explained he the situation.... and the following day I've got this email from their processing department. They advising to change a billing address on my credit card to my vacation home in order fro them to accept my order! Well.. how about contacting credit card and checking with them?? This is one of the most ridiculous customer services I've ever experienced. -------------------------------------------------------------- "Hi ...., I am following up with you on behalf of our Order Processing Team.
