  3. Whole Latte Love is my go to coffee store. I bought my Gaggia New Baby over 5 years ago and now I am upgrading. Their support and knowledge surpasses everything else. My only complaint is that a recent order has been held up due to one back order. I would like the rest of the items to ship until my screen arrives in November. The purchase mentioned is different from the purchase for this survey so It shouldn't matter. Everything has been great with this experience. Thank you.

  1. Purchased a refurbished coffee machine from this outfit. It was defective. They keep promising to send a return label so I can get it exchanged but it never shows up. I keep hearing "it should be there within 24 hours" but after a week it's still not here. Several complaints, several lies, still no resolution. I regret my purchase. The people are cordial and nice enough but don't follow through on their promises. I would suggest looking at other options and purchasing from different people. The company has an excellent marketing presence but can't seem to follow through on the basics of customer service.

  2. I purchased an exprellia by saeco on their trade in program. I sent in my machine and was to get a credit towards my new machine. It never happened (I got the new machine and paid for that, never got the credit). There were numerous phone calls to Rob as well as emails, I was willing to take the trade in amount in product even beans, nothing ever happened. I finally asked for my trade in machine back-never got it. I feel taken advantage of by trusting people who seemed legitimate, they made promises they never intended to keep.
