  1. I would never do business with this company again. I ordered an espresso machine and grinder only to wait 10 days and only have grinder delivered. I had to call to have espresso machine shipped which also took 10 days. BTW, I don't live in Alaska! Unfortunately, 45 days later my machine has stopped making hot water. After calling the CS, I find out that I have to pay $5.95 shipping for a replacement fuse which also took 10 days to be delivered. Changing the fuse was extremely difficult and did not resolve the problem. Again, I contacted their CS and was told it is the thermostat. Another $5.95 to ship that. Machine still does not work. Customer service is horrific!!! Stay away!

  2. Im sorry that I didn't see this website before. I performed an application (#1607205) on 8/3. I explained to the seller who answered me by chat (Dan) that I live in Brasil, but a friend who was returning from the US and lives in Washington DC would bring me a grinder. I questioned Dan if it would be possible to test the product and deliver me until 8/6, as my friend would return on 8/7 morning. I explained that it was a unique opportunity to buy and I would only buy if he could confirmed me that the order would arrive in time. Dan told me it would arrive on 8/5, since I made the payment before 2pm. He sent me a request for payment by Paypal, which I immediately paid and sent the voucher. He confirmed receipt and said that day would receive an email from UPS with tracking information. By midafternoon of that day, I had not received the order confirmation email. I contacted again for the chat, this time talked with Hannah. She sent the confirmation voucher of my order and confirmed me ...

  3. I purchased an espresso maker. It broke within the first year. I sent it back to the company as it was under warranty. It took 4 months to get it back. No one in the customer service department could ever answer my questions or tell me where my machine was. I would not recommend buying from this website
