  2. Granted World Soccer provide authentic shirts but the Customer Services need to be providing helpful and realistic expectations. I called Friday and Monday to be told my shirt was shipping that day! great! Still today no further update hence I call again now to be advised 'I don't know why other people told you that, its looking like it will ship 07/30.It just leaves a bad taste of expectations and honestly frustration especially when you select to purchase fast shipping and cant even be told realistic timeframe.D Jones

  3. It has now been 7 days since my initial order, and when trying to track the product, I discovered it was just shipped yesterday. I did ask for customization on the jersey, so I did assume it would take longer than the 24 hours. However, 6 days seems like an awful lot for a company that claims to "provide the fastest order processing in the industry." Furthermore, though their site currently shows the shirt was shipped yesterday, the USPS tracking number provided comes up with no results. So I'm not even sure the package is fully shipped at this time since the tracking number can't yet be identified, and I still haven't received a notification email that the item has shipped.I was hoping to get this product before the Copa America Semifinal tomorrow night, but that will not happen. I should have ordered much earlier, but thought the company with the fastest turnaround time could accommodate my request. I expect I will still be pleased with the final product, but currently unhappy with ...

  1. I bought a new Zouma Chelsea jersey and got it customized. The detailing was so utterly awful, it looked as though a child ironed on the number and name. I am embarrassed to wear a jersey that looks as it does, but unfortunately it was a $100+ mistake in ordering from them. I wrote a review along with pictures on worldsoccershop's website, but surprise, surprise it wasn't posted. I would NEVER have a jersey customized here again. I learned my lesson and will only shop locally.

  2. I ordered a shirt online as a medium, which ended up being a juniors medium. This information was not specified anywhere. I still wanted the shirt and called to see if I could switch it out with an adult medium. I even offered to pay for shipping. They told me that I'd have to pay 7.99 more, regardless of shipping, since it was a customizable shirt. It's a black shirt with a logo on it as it's advertised/displayed online. How would I know it was customized? Since when do people say that a print on a shirt, that is distributed internationally, is customized? And how could the consumer possibly know that? In addition, the shirt was only offered in juniors sizes and they would not refund me, so either take the loss or pay a 7.99 more for the same shirt and take a chance in hopes that the new shirt will fit.   3. I placed and order over a month ago, when I hadn't received any notification that it had shipped one week later I checked the order status and it said that it hadn't even been processed. I received an email saying that the website had miscalculated shipping costs and I was required to pay an additional $3.53, I sent approval for this and I waited a few more days with the same then contacted them again. They told me that the order would be shipped by the end of the day. Five days later the website still told me that the order had not been processed so I phoned again to be told again that the order would be shipped out that day. There was another item that I wanted to order so I emailed and asked if I could add this to my order, my response was no, the order was too far along. After another three days I cancelled the order and replaced the order plus the additional item and paid the faster shipping charges so as not to have the same issue.
