  1. I've always enjoyed ordering music supplies from WWBW. I have four saxophones that need reeds and now have a daughter that plays clarinet. That's a lot of reeds!!! Fortunately, every time I've ordered from WWBW they've come through with fantastic service and my items are delivered when promised.

  2. I've had an excellent experience with WWBW so far. I think their return policy is great, it it should help me to make sure I get a good mouthpiece for my instrument. The prices are fantastic for the level of service offered. Also, there was a promo code on the front page that made it even better.

  3. Great "store." Great products. Online ordering is incredibly easy. LOVE the catalogs. One question had choices that were not helpful. If a online store took "too long" to refund an order, I would call their customer support to ask questions about the delay. Everyone, including me, makes mistakes. I try not to make assumptions.
