  1. Finding the treadmill I was looking for on the website was fast and easy. Ordering was simple. Delivery was timely and the driver was helpful in getting the treadmill into my house. The treadmill itself was easy to setup, just as promised. It is quiet, just as promised. My only complaint is that the treadmill is not as easy to move as I expected. Overall, I am extremely happy with my entire experience with Yowza Fitness!

  3. Elliptical was shipped via UPS freight. Original tracking info had it to be delivered by Thursday March 27. UPS called me to make an appointment, I requested before 2PM. The called me back and informed me the shipment couldn't be delivered until Friday March 28 and I was not given a choice of time I was just told sometime between 11AM and 4PM. They made me wait around 5 hours and missed the window anyway. Called UPS and of course they apologized but who will give me my day back? I am rating 3 stars as I can't fault Yowza for this but they would get a 4 (would be a 5 if not for using a freight company that couldn't deliver on time) and UPS would get 0.

  1. So far so good. I ordered the elliptical online based on reviews of your product. My wife and I use an elliptical everyday on average of 30 minutes each. Our previous elliptical was a Schwinn. The Schwinn was adequate. We owned it for about 4 years but it began to make annoying sounds which I tried to rectify by tightening bolts and using lubricants. I was finally fed up with the Schwinn and decided to explore new options. I researched all my options and your product seemed to have the best reviews based on my price range. Ordering was simple. Free shipping also helped in my decision along with your warranty. The delivery went smoothly. Delivery was fast and I tracked it the whole way. You have to set up a delivery window due to the product size. Not a problem. Maybe you should let people know how large the box is and that it will not fit in ordinary home doors or stairwells. I had the delivery man put the box in my backyard and took the elliptical piece by piece in to my house. Once ...

  2. I have owned a Yowza Navarre elliptical for approximately two years now. It's a good machine, and I use it about five times a week. Originally it was whisper quiet as Yowza describes it, but recently a significant grinding and knocking noise began coming from the rear wheel assembly. I contacted Yowza service to have the problem resolved. They indicated that I was just outside of the two-year warranty period for in-home service, but they would send me the parts that needed to be replaced. After pleading my case, Josh was kind enough to reconsider, and he told me that Yowza would not only send the parts, but they would also dispatch a technician to repair the machine in my home.I received the parts quickly and a technician was scheduled to come to my home right away. The technician arrived on time and was quick and efficient with the repair. The in-home service is a huge benefit, and I could not be happier with the service I received. Thank you, Josh and Yowza Fitness.

  3. After much research I decided to purchase the Islamorada. For 2 weeks it functioned smoothly and delivered a great workout. Then the left handle bar developed a looseness/wiggle that made the entire machine vibrate: a metal gear had cracked and the repairmen felt that it had been delivered from the factory defective. Ultimately, after many phone calls, 2 service appointments, and 4 weeks, the issue is still not resolved. The most frustrating part of the experience, and the reason that I will not be recommending Yowza to family/friends or by word of mouth, is the lack of understanding and customer service on the part of the head of Service at Yowza. The quality of the machine when working (only 2 of the 6 weeks I have had it) is not worth the difficulty in communicating with Yowza; Ashley's tone is disrespectful, he does not display concern for customer satisfaction or experience, he demonstrates no PR training, and comes across as ready for an argument rather than ready to listen, ...
