Presume you're referring to Gmail rather than Chrome - so you've posted in the wrong forum!

But the answer to your question is that you open Gmail, and click on Settings > Accounts and Import and them import your messages from your other e-mail address.

BTW, Gmail doesn't use folders - it uses labels instead, which are functionally 'similar' but conceptually miles ahead!
