Hello everyone,

We're aware of the issue where users are unable to print and export certain docs. We're currently looking into this issue.

Updates:

Hi everyone,

We're continuing to work on this issue, but wanted to provide an update. We discovered some latency (slow response) issues in the conversion process used in the upload and printing/export features of Docs, which caused some of the symptoms seen.

We've made some improvements and we're still working on a complete fix.

I’ll provide any updates on this thread.
