To file an impersonation claim, you must demonstrate that you are the person being impersonated. To be considered impersonation, the profile name will likely need to match (or be very similar to) your legal name.
Please note that we will not take action under the following circumstances:
- If you don't attach a valid photo ID. (e.g. driver's license, national ID card, student ID etc).
- If you're reporting on behalf of someone else (a friend, relative, or celebrity)
To expedite our ability to process your request, you will need to include (online form provided on next page):
- Your legal name.
- Your email address.
- The name on your orkut profile (if you have one).
- The URL for your orkut profile (if you have one).
- The name of the orkut profile that is impersonating you.
- The URL for the main page of the orkut profile that is impersonating you.
- Any additional details that support your claim.
