e-Commerce for Retailers
Sameer Samat, Director of Product Management for Google, shares the biggest opportunities and mistakes in e-Commerce today. He sees this area as being a powerful extension of a brand. Though most consumers still buy in-store, they turn online to interact and connect. In fact, they make little to no distinction between the two, and if brands treat them differently, it can hurt them in the long run.
