Innovation Across Channels
Chuck Sullivan, SVP of Global Online Services at Hilton, talks about what it means to be innovative. He defines innovation as something that's done across channels, doing something fresh in the same channels or doing something relevant no one's ever done before. For example, Hilton is not the only marketer to have apps, but he points out that they made sure their apps allow consumers to do something they can't do anywhere else.
