Edward Boches, Chief Innovation Officer at Mullen, talks about how social media has changed the way we relate with each other. While we used to situate ourselves amongst people who share the same beliefs, we now find them online. This allows us to do some things much more easily than before, but it can also create challenges.

“Social has allowed us to find these like-mind people across all kinds of geographies. So we end up having limited kinds of relationships with them because we have something in common, but maybe plenty of other things not in common with them. I guess it's a pro and a con that we can come together and do something.“
