Janet Kestin, former Creative Head of Ogilvy Toronto, talks about how the agency's "Evolution" video for Dove became such a YouTube success. As one of the first videos of its kind, she thinks people passed it on because it was interesting, fun, and relevant—which were things people hadn't seen before in a branded video.
