Digital Women in UK and DE
Women represent a huge portion of online users. They're also the people who do most of the household shopping. In Germany, for example, 79% of household shoppers are online, and in the UK that number jumps to 88%. This study looks at how women in those countries use the internet to buy consumer package goods (CPG). In Germany, 78% of women online have searched for CPG products, and in the UK 60% have. In both countries, household shoppers who search for CPG products online spend 20% more in stores.
