Google Display Network vs. Portal Takeovers for Foodies
When it comes to reaching foodies, which is more effective: a targeted blast on the Google Display Network (GDN) or a portal takeover? This study found that the GDN reaches 83% of foodies, while the top portal homepage, Yahoo!, reaches only 18%, making the GDN 4x more effective. Google also found that the GDN reaches 41% of foodies per day who would not be reached by Yahoo!.
