Google Display Network vs. Portal Takeovers for Online Bankers
Would a homepage takeover on Forbes be the best place to reach online bankers? In a study with Compete, we looked at data from sites like it to find out. We found that the Google Display Network (GDN) actually reaches 3.8X more of the target than traditional homepage takeovers on the "heavy hitter" sites like Forbes. In fact, almost a third of the reach includes people who don't visit portal sites.
