Holiday 2010: Consumer Intentions
In a study of shoppers' intentions for the 2010 holiday season, we found that online is top-of-mind. 43% of shoppers shop and buy online. Not only do 50% start early to beat the rush, almost as many plan to shop after-holiday sales. To maximize sales this holiday season, our study suggests marketers listen and be nimble, stay on top of search terms, and make the most of mobile and display ads.
