People rely on the internet so heavily that some call it a "necessity." So how does that affect how people evaluate telecom providers for servicing their homes? Our study revealed that 57% look to search engines to find a provider. Turns out, customer service and saving money are the most important motivators for telecom shoppers. As a result, people don’t naturally look to bundle services but often do so for a better deal.
