From jewelry and dining out, to candy, flowers and cards, people are turning to search engines more than ever to find Valentine's Day gifts. They're also spending more than ever. In 2011, for example, consumers spent more than $15 billion on Valentine's Day, up from $14 billion in 2010. We took a deep dive to see how search can match you to the right customers and found that Google searches related to Valentine's Day increased 35% year-over-year, and that people are doing their research earlier.
