The B Historic Hotel on Montgomery Street in Savannah's historic district has been sold to HOS Management, and Hawkeye Hotels and will be converted into a Tryp to Wyndham hotel.

The 101-room hotel was built in 2008 and was renovated in 2016.

Headquartered in Savannah, HOS Management has a collection of hotels and retail developments across the Southeast. It owns four hotels in Savannah, and with the addition of the B Historic, have six other hotels being developed in Savannah, including the Cotton Sail on Bay Street and the Fairfield on MLK Boulevard.

"With the city of Savannah developing at a quick pace amidst timeless southern traditions, we saw an opportunity to place the asset in a nationally recognized platform with Tryp by Wyndham, which will further enrich the downtown district and better serve the community's needs," said Krishan Gandhi, Vice President of Development at HOS Management.

HOS Management is run by brothers Anin Patel and Kirit Patel.
