This hotel is very nice and accommodating. The staff is pleasant, professional and helpful. They all work hard to make your stat pleasant.
The hotel has been recently remodeled but there's still a bit of an aesthetic issue when it comes to little things - paint touch ups that don't match flawlessly, handles on nightstands put on at a funny angle, caulking in the bathroom on the ceiling, etc.
Overall though, it is a very nice hotel. The shuttle won't take you to the airport but they will take you to Arlington Park metra station which will take you there.
The hot breakfast is amazing - hot scrambled eggs, sausage patties, country cooked potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, cereal and pastries - they really spoil you with this breakfast!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mary E.Willow Springs, MO8711Dec 28, 2017
Nice accommodations at a good price for the Chicago area. First place I've stayed that had sleep number beds. That was fun, but I didn't get my number right till my second night sleeping in it.

I am tempted to go 5 stars, because I can't think of any negatives. But of course it does get a little better: our view was of a wall, and I could nitpick other stuff. But overall: wow. Great service, nice mid-size room, everything felt recently updated. Free breakfast, big TV and fridge, etc. A pool, which we didn't have time to use. And all at a decent price. (We had stayed in a hole the night before for the same price.)

You can't really say you've been disappointed by a Best Western. If you've traveled and been around you know that even a newly renovated Best Western Plus is going to welcome you with convenience store cookies, broken luggage carts and occasional smudges on the wallpaper. It's okay. Our expectations were never that high. We stay here because they accepted our offer on Priceline or because Justin & Jay Z are in town and their fans left no other vacancy.
Now if our faithfully mediocre BW would dare undergo a billion dollar makeover like their forerunner Holiday Inn in 2007, we might start humming to a different tune. And I hope "Disappointment" wouldn't make it on the playlist.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0 - Daria K.Flushing, NY2782168Jun 18, 2013
American Airlines Canceled my flight and got me a room here for the night.
I stayed at a Mariott near the aiport the two nights before and honestly while the lobby decor and rooms were (ever so slightly) better at the Mariott, it wasn't by much.
I was completely surprised by Best Western. The rooms while small, were very nice and clean. Its a bare bones kind of place but the Front desk lady was super attentive and except for annoyance at my flight being delayed, I spent the night very comfortable.
oh and the Free Wi-Fi was awesome!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Chris C.Chicago, IL01136Sep 1, 2014
Nicely remodeled hotel. Stayed for a night over labor day weekend. Caught an amazing price online. The hotel is 10 minutes away from woodfield mall and all surrounding shopping and dining options. Draped into a beautiful lobby with modern furniture. Front desk was a little flustered because of the heavy check in traffic it they got us taken care of. They put us in 439. Over looking the pool and the back pond. I would recommend a high floor for the view. Rooms are remodeled with deep woods and tans. Mini patio that lets you stand out there. 42" tv sits on top of dresser with built in microwave and mini fridge. Nice decor. The room seemed fresh but the patio style door glass was covered with lime and calcium. Free breakfast was fulfilling. Night club/ lounge "entre" has nice decor. Few issues were that our ac unit was malfunctioning. It blew cool air but the fan only stayed on the low setting. Remote control didn't work. Wait staff takes awhile to correct issues. I asked for fresh towels at 1000 and didn't receive them until 1130. Grabbed them from the front desk after breakfast. Front desk takes care of issues instantly but staff takes time.

This hotel was very accommodating. Me and a bunch of friends had gotten rooms here for a bachelor/bachlorette party that they were having at Drink Nightclub down the street. They offer a discounted rate for people who are going to Drink and also offer a free shuttle to Drink. They will pay up to 6 bucks of your return cab fare from the club as well. (It shouldn't cost you more than 6 bucks to get back since its pretty much walking distance.) The front desk people were really friendly, the guy who was working when we got back seemed a little irritated but we were being pretty loud so I get it. All the beds here are sleep number beds! There was also a fridge, microwave, and small balcony in all the rooms. I will be staying here again for sure. The only thing I would not recommend is the 10 dollar all you can eat breakfast. It is nowhere near worth paying $10 for.

I didn't know what to expect since my last experience with Best Western wasn't the "bestern" (LOL). This hotel was very nice, clean and appeared to be recently updated. I stayed in a king room which was very comfortable. It had a fridge and microwave which was convenient. The restaurant was decent and accessible, especially since I left early in the morning and returned in the evening. There is a mall nearby, the Renaissance Convention Center was a literal 2 minute drive. If I had to stay in Schaumburg, Illinois again, I would definitely consider staying here again.

clean & recently renovated & good price.
very close from Woodfied Mall and I saved a lot my budget during my business trip.
If you want luxury serivce, you can go R hotel,,,
But if you just want to save budget with resonable serivce, I would recommend this hotel.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jon K.Decatur, IL988Aug 14, 2014
We had an awful experience here. Were unwilling to provide the specifications of our room we booked at least a week in advance. Also there were bugs in our room. When we told this to the front desk they offered to move us to another room but there was also a bug in the orange juice when we had breakfast there in the morning. We have booked a room at another hotel due to our great dissatisfaction for our next night here.
