1-30-24/2030. May have had the worst service at the Subway ever. Employees were extremely rude and joked around with each other while making food. When I was rung up, I informed the employee wearing the nose ring that the tax was wrong and she said "pay for the food or you can walk out the door and not eat." THE WORST SERVICE. Go to another gas station stop.

ive stopped here two times already before traveling back home and this place has it all. Gas, convenience items, and a subway..LOL. Always clean restrooms, and priced good on gas.

They need the better organization when it comes to the gas lanes--people either double parking or afraid to park next to the gas pump.
This place is like a zoo, it's a come and go traffic and we thought we got the best gas but actually not!
Is it real gas or they mixed some filler in it?
Because It burned out quickly, and half the tank was gone after 20 miles. Peculiar!

Restrooms are clean and well kept..Service on the other hand, is not good. All I have to say is every single employee and manager that is on their shift right now, needs proper training and needs to learn how to perform the financial services offered at this location! I don't understand why a business would offer to perform any type of service, that their employees don't know how to do.. Ridiculous

This is a mixed review. The store itself is nice, but the employees need work (at least the ones I witnessed on 10/21/23).

It was one female cashier in particular that made this so unpleasant- she was very unprofessional. By that I mean yelling at customers and making comments about other customers under her breath. Eww.

That said, the physical property is good and the sandwich tasted nice. ‍

The store is good but the Taco Bell is trash. Wait 15 mins and my food is cold. Either they forget something or it's cold.

Lots of wasted space that could be truck parking. Locals take up most if not all parking. Piss poor planning. Wasted opportunity, car parking lot is 3 times bigger than it needs to be.

Came here as needed E85 as sign says $4.93 but pump was $5.09 a gallon. Gas is enough and to charge one the same price for E85 as regular unleaded isn't enough m, they falsely advertise the price in signs to lead you in only to charge more .

The people of Madera supported them establishing a presence but very said that they will leave travelers in or through Madera with a bad taste for unethical business practice's.

Among the cheapest fuel in the area. Big station with a well stocked C-Store. They have some relationship to Pilot-Flying J, give the fuel discount and loyalty points for C-Store purchases.

Try to use a credit card outside at the pump? Not at EZ Trip. They make it so that you have to walk inside the store and hopefully buy something. While I was waiting in their always long line last week, another customer was arguing with a cashier because the price he paid for his fuel on his receipt was higher than the price that was listed. All the cashier said was that there was a price change made by corporate and he has no control over that and did not honor the difference in price. This place is not to be trusted for their unethical business practices.
