      Visited the Hilton Garden Inn for a friend's baby shower. The hotel is conveniently located, with plenty of parking. The hotel is clean, including the bathrooms. The staff was friendly and efficient.

      The food was surprisingly very good, I know with some hotel chains the food can be hit or miss. I really enjoyed the extra large meatballs! They were so flavorful and HUGE! Really enjoyed the short time I spent at this Hilton location. They did a great job hosting this event.

      Stopped here on my way home this past weekend, have stayed at a Garden Inn before and it was comfortable (NC). I didn't like that they don't give you the room rate quoted, but instead split it between the amount of people staying there that night.

      Night clerk didn't tell us that breakfast was additional money, and it wasn't included in our stay, which we found out when we came down for breakfast. I know some hotels have done this, but this was poorly managed and honestly, bullcrap for a Hilton. We used points from our credit card and were not offered anything other than the room, so paying additional for a CONTINENTAL breakfast was a complete surprise. One of the ladies working downstairs that day apologised as apparently we weren't the first people that morning that this happened too, which was appreciated, so hopefully it will get better. I did not like that they also asked for a credit card to put a hold on, even though we USED POINTS TO STAY THERE. WHAT IS THE POINT OF BEING ABLE TO USE THE POINTS AND THEN HAVING THEM PUT A $50 HOLD ON YOUR CARD?

      The bathroom wasn't finished being stocked and had to come back down to ask for a bar of soap. Not really a big deal, but kind of unexpected given their reputation.

      Had higher hopes initially, but was really frustrated the next morning with the breakfast issue and then when I stripped the bed before leaving (I always do this) I found that the mattress protector hadn't been cleaned anytime recently and the mattress had a huge urine stain in the middle of the bed. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHEETS BEFORE CLIMBING INTO BED. I know hotels do this to save money on cleaning, but I did not expect this CONSIDERING THEIR REPUTATION.

      Overall, a poorly managed Hilton and will not be staying here again.

      I stayed here for a week in April 2023 and a few days May 2023. I had a king sized bed which was very comfy and the room was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of free parking. Plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance.

      I will say a complaint is there was body wash in the place of shampoo and I asked for staff to replace multiple days to no avail until they finally helped me after my third request.

      They also charged my personal credit card for my stay, despite having my company card on file. Luckily, a manger was able to fix it for me.

      Hotel was nice. Rooms were ample and clean. Restaurant food was good. Breakfast was good and we were waited on by OG. Super nice and friendly. We would go back.

      Room was good got a highway side of the hotel which is pretty loud with traffic noise. Shower was ok, def had worse. Bed/bedding good no complaints. Service, great front desk people were always nice and ensured you had what ya needed.

      And for the breakfast, amazing! "OG, our breakfast hostess/waitress, was an absolute delight and the perfect start to our morning at the hotel. Her warm and welcoming smile set the tone for a wonderful day ahead. OG's friendly demeanor made us feel right at home, and her attentive service ensured that our breakfast experience was top-notch. She not only took our orders promptly but also made sure our coffee cups were never empty. Her cheerful presence truly brightened our morning, and we left the dining area with smiles on our faces. Thank you, OG, for your exceptional hospitality and for making our stay even more enjoyable!"

      THEFT AND SAFETY ISSUE! The hotel itself was mediocre. The lobby was newly renovated, but as for the rooms, they didn't match up. No fan in the bathroom, but overall, the room was clean. Paying extra for breakfast wasn't a huge deal but the $10 /night parking fee that was newly implemented, according to the front desk, was disappointing for travelers staying for only a couple of nights. The icing on the cake was the fact that despite the fee, there aren't cameras around the parking lot itself. Sad, but unexpected, a car part was STOLEN off of the car the last night our family stayed, which is estimated to cost over $2,000. Bewildered and beyond disappointed (to say the least) the next morning before getting ready to embark on the almost six hour journey home. Needless to say, will NOT be returning. Highly disappointed.

      My stay was very good, and the customer service I received was excellent!

      Unfortunately the hotel is right next to interstate 95, so there was some noise during the night, but it wasn't very loud aside from a few moments were allowed truck went by or something happened. I'm a fairly light sleeper, and was able to sleep through the night once I fell asleep.

      The parts of the property that I was in were well maintained, and well cleaned. The only major issue I experienced was upon check into room 501, the air conditioner was broken. However I immediately called the front desk from this room and they asked me to come downstairs so they can give me a key to a different room and immediately put me in another room down on the 4th floor, where the air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, the one issue was resolved immediately, the other was just a fact of life in this location, but this still did not keep us from having a good stay!

      This place is really nice! Rooms are clean and neat, the breakfast is really good and Ms. OG is the nicest lady in the world!! I stayed here in Sept of 2022 and from then till now it's only gotten better.

      The room was booked by Expedia. There is an additional 50$ surcharge for incidentals that is charged when you check in. It took over 10 days for this to refund to my account. The lobby and convention area are very nice. The rooms could use as much attention as the lobby
      Gave me an unrealistic expectation of my room. The bed was comfortable. And the room clean. It did have an old/musty odor.
      The toiletries were very much lacking.
      The continental breakfast was $9
      For the price paid nightly this was not worth it. Feel like I strictly paid for the name
      I could have stayed at the Hampton Inn for cheaper and got the same room.
      I will say the staff was VERY friendly and accommodating with getting us me and my 2 teenage daughters more towels and toiletries
      The room was nice but not worth $171 plus additional $50 and $9 per person for breakfast not including tip and tax
      I should have stayed at la Quinta

      Terrible service rude and unprofessional asked ab my service animal and said I had to pay extra bc it's not a dog ridiculous eff the homewood suites
