Decent hotel. Little on the older side but the rooms are nice. Great pillows! Hot tub and restaurant is closed. Two room suite was perfect for my husband to get some work done while my grandson and I played in the next room.

What a truly terrible hotel experience...in my 2 years of traveling for work , this has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is the only thing that made it SOMEWHAT bearable. Floor was disgusting and damp all the time , room stinks , nothing works right. Absolutely ridiculous

Everything was great the room was clean the only thing that sucked was that they didn't have food there.

The only reason not 5 stars is the fan in the HVAC blower unit was so loud, we had to turn it off to sleep. But it was cool outside, so we figured it would not be a big deal. Only problem was we were on the interstate side of the hotel, so we had some road noise that could have easily been covered up by some white noise from a normal HVAC blower/fan.
Room - clean
Bed - just right
Pillows - ample
Hot water - 6th floor - LOTS of pressure and hot water
Kuerig Coffee - in the roomHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michelle K.Rogers, AR132183762Feb 17, 2016
So far the room looks nice and clean but we visited the pool and the air is so full of chemicals it burns my eyes. Not by swimming, but by sitting in the room trying to read a magazine.
The work-out room was nice, the equipment was clean and worked well.
I decided not to stay the next weekend and cancelled prepaid reservations because the pool was small and the girls were coughing a lot because of the air. However the manager understood our problems and refunded our money for the second reservation.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Sep 17, 2015
Let me start by saying the restaurant (Pinnacle Grille) is Awful!! If my review were for the restaurant alone it would be negative stars. Seriously, don't go there, it's terrible.
As for the hotel, staff was very nice. Other than that we just had a lot of "little stuff" that was poor. For example their wireless internet is SUPER slow. Our room didn't get serviced one of the days, which isn't a huge deal but we had a baby and the diapers were stinking up the trash. The couch in our room had a few questionable stains. Lastly, something was up with the AC. It wouldn't turn off once the room was cooled to the correct temp, so we would manually turn it off and back on, but then it wouldn't kick on once the room got warmer again.
Since we got an excellent deal (basically half price) it was worth the money, but no chance in hell I'd pay regular price for the room we stayed in.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Heather D.Joplin, MO16209219May 20, 2018
We stayed here with a discount. The pool is too small and it's odd to go down the stairs and end up near the kitchen and maids area with trash bags piled up all over. The beds are comfy and so are the pillows and the rooms seem to be clean so that's a plus! The manager is very friendly but the guy at the front counter when we left didn't even say anything to us when we walked by which I think is kinda rude but I guess I like friendly hellos and goodbyes!

Ensure they do not have a private event running until midnight with blaring music if you want to sleep while staying here. The hotel claims to have zero control over the private event. The only thing louder than the music is the air conditioner in the room. Private events are more important than paying guest, paying game day rates. Beds are comfortable. Room is clean. Sleep is not a priority of this property.

The hotel rooms at this location are great for a holiday inn! The rooms are very big and spacious.
When I walked in the staff immediately greeted me, with what seemed like a genuine smile. As I checked in, they told me a few of the places the van driver can take you if you're staying without a car, and the options are not scarce. The lobby and room are very clean which was a plus.
This hotel has a restaurant in the lobby. I looked at the menu and it didn't catch my eye, but with all the options nearby, I don't see why you would need to dine there.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kathy V.Tulsa, OK256880Dec 19, 2014
I stayed here on a buiness trip and it was a very nice & pretty hotel. The check in time is 3pm but I wanted to check in on my lunch 12pm to settle in. The front desk lady was really nice and let me know that my room wasn't ready but said that she could upgrade me to a better room free of charge. It definitely made my stay there THAT much better. Awesome customer service!
The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the outdoor mall. It was easy access to the freeway and near lots of restuarants. I would definitely stay here again.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
