love’s truck stop

If I could give this Love's zero stars I would. First let's talk about the amount of people parked at the pumps waiting for a handout. At least five pumps were taken up with people waiting to get out and ask you for money. Now let's talk about the food....three different fast food places and yet all of the employees are at the drive thru window just talking and staring at the customers as they walk up. No "be right with you," no "sorry we are closed," nothing. Then finally someone who might have been a supervisor tells them there are customers and they finally want to help. Order my food.....not only does the kid have to finish typing his text messages, but how long has that food just been sitting out . This place is terrible, didn't feel comfortable leaving my car just to go inside. So glad the new working class has any consideration to customer service. I will avoid this place like the plague.

Thank you to Ruben at the Machanic Shop and Management for swift service this is my second time here for service and these group of professionals have a great thing going here Ruben had me out the shop for a nail repair around 30-40min that's faster than any other loves property I've been to. Another excellent Love's stop. Great location, everything was clean, excellent coffee and excellent customer service. I am loving the new fresh grind coffee machines.

Clean bathrooms and clean store interior. Only downside is there's a long line with very slow working registers. Stopped here twice, gas prices are fair and not overpriced.

I'm new to truck stops so I can't compare but I pulled into this Love's in my campervan just as a big storm was about to hit. The staff was welcoming when I walked in and the bathroom was really clean. The store has a little bit of everything. When I asked where I could park to sleep off the storm, they pointed me to different areas. The parking lot says 1 hour but if you ask, and let them know approximately how long you'll be, you can park there longer than an hour. It's busy so it wasn't quiet but I felt safe and no one bothered me.

I give two star only because it's Christmas.
Half of the time I come here there's a problem. Today.... No showers.
Other problems I've experienced.... Fuel pumps down. DEF not working. No window cleaning squeegees. Poor service from employees.

We make this stop here almost every weekend. Nice clean location and our favorite is Arby's! Staff is nice and friendly. Food always come out great and correct. Parking lot is huge lots of gas pumps, semi-diesel truck fuel aisles, Long-term RV parking, and a clean friendly dog gated dog park. Bathrooms are nice and clean, stocked, and smells clean! Thanks for this clean location makes stopping such a great convenience!

Do not stop here unless you want to wait in line for an hour because the manager does not know how to use the cash register. When Stacey finally came over she offered to check out customers she took the last 2 people in line who had been waiting 2 minutes. When I asked that she take the next customer in line next time she was super rude and said "it's first come first serve." What a jerk. Avoid this place. I usually prefer love's when I'm on a road trip but gas is expensive and employees are incompetent and rude. Keep on driving!

Clean restrooms. Easy fuel access. Lots of food options. Friendly staff. Loved the mini dog park!

Bet truck stop ever! U can ground ur own coffee for ur cup of coffee. Great coffee place. Staff are soo nice. Especially guy named Joe. Godfathers jalapeno popper pizza is so good there are just no words to explain. Also gas is always a few cents cheaper there.
