Love's Travel Stop

Stopped for gas, rest and recuperation as well as stretching. By far any Love's across the U.S.A. in comparison to most rest stops and others will have the cleanest inside entries which will include restrooms. The isles are spacious, the shelves are neatly replenished with each employee ready to assist you with whatever your comfort needs might be. The aroma from various eye appealing sections are very inviting. At this stop, there was a Subway with a fresh assortment of sandwich fixings, and a McDonald's with an assembly of menu options. Every station was neatly arranged to please the customer and the best part was that everyone seemed to have a task, and each were willing to serve you a quick and reasonable on the go meal. This is a great place to stop to meet any or all of your R & R needs.

Clean, large showers and water pressure great, and instant hot water too! Store pretty clean, bathrooms need to be cleaned but I have s en worse. Trash all pretty full , both inside and outside. The food is hot but definately has been sitting there awhile. Was gonna eat at McDonald's but no one running registers or front counter , sounded like they were all on a break in the back. Shoulda tried the chicken place but didn't. Parking - worse thing about that is all the bobtails that are parked everywhere EXCEPT in the bobtail parking spaces!

For a truck stop the McDonald's is SLOW AS FUCK especially after you get off a 14hrshift !!!! The works are polite so maybe it's the management that need to be reviewed. I went to another McDonald's and had my food in under 2min so it's really never that difficult.

Pretty decent truck stop overall, they have a McDonald's restaurant inside with clean showers and restrooms, large selection of snack and beverages like most loves travel stops, the parking is pretty big and there is a Casino across the street to the west of it.

Loves was fine but the showers could've used better cleaning, staff inside the loves was respectful but the ones in McDonald's can fix their attitudes a little better because I definitely wasn't the customer they wanted to be rude with

Not much to write about... there's a McDonald's inside and a casino near by. Used the shower , it was clean and good water pressure. The end

I was parked in a reserved spot my accident, and a few hours later their employee named "GUMBY" came knocking on my door asking me to move because someone paid for the spot I was on. I told him I needed some time but I asked to speak to a manager and he said I'm not getting the manager and started cursing and being hostile. Which a few days later when I spoke to the manager named Benjamin, he said "Gumby" wasn't being hostile. I was threatened to be traspassed from their property all because I was looking for parking. Mind you, I showed the manager a video of how many people are parked illegally, and his response was "I'm the kid in class who cheated on a test and got mad because everyone else cheated and didn't get busted". He was completely bias towards his employees and protecting them when their employees treated me as a customer that did nothing wrong and took a bunch of videos to prove it. Do not shop here !!! There is another very close to this one that treats customers with respect. Not a single pilot or flying j that I've been to this whole country says "we can trespass who ever we want even if they are not doing nothing wrong".

Jesse saw me waiting to get gas and a few other items and continued to stock hot dogs, while he was stuffing chips in his mouth. He looked up and saw me waiting and in a hurry and told me he would be right over. Mean while he continued to eat chips and get his "work done". He asked me what pump I was on and I told him 10 dollars on 6. He then made me walk back in store to tell him it was the wrong pump and we were still waiting. He told me it was the computers fault. He answered the question on the donating to kids charity for me and said no. Didnt tell me what it was until after the transaction.

I actually recieved a miracle from one of those hospitals and it let me beable to walk today. I wish Jesse would let the customers decide if they want to donate or not. I actually wanted to go across the way to pilot instead. I felt like I was disturbing his lunch time!

If I could use 0 stars I would. I was showering with my husband and after the 2nd hr. on the dot, this lady knocked on the door and with a lot of attitude screamed to us " YOU HAVE 5 MINUTES TO LEAVE, YOU GOTTA GO". We were treated like criminals without the murder. I wonder if they get trained to be disrespectful and unprofessinal, in this case they should give this location the worse LOVES OF THE YEAR. If ppl have a timing to shower, I think they should say it, and not play the unlimited game, also not let the costumer spend $15 dollars on a shower that after the minute you hit the second hr, they'll kick you out even if you haven't washed the soap of your body yet. I think they forget how businesses succeed, all the propaganda about good costumer service it's getting old at this location. I WONDER IF THE OWNERS ARE AWARE OF THIS FAILURE! I guess I'll keep wondering and they'll keep the bad reputation.
