This was a terrible experience. There was no drain cover in the shower, just a hole in the floor. The outlet in the bathroom was half covered by the mirror so it was useless. The shower was slippery and the bathroom was dirty. The bath towels were about the size of hand towels. And there was barely any water for a shower. It came out in a trickle. Considering we got the room FOR the shower because gas service to our neighborhood is out and we have no hot water at home, it was extremely disappointing. It was $300.00 for 2 nights - that's $75.00 per shower. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy.

I drove from Bakersfield for some business. This Motel 6 looked nice from the outside. Decided to wait a few hours in the parking lot so I can check in at 6 AM. As soon as it was 6 AM I see a gentleman sitting on a chair staring at his phone in the room adjacent to the corner with loud Indian music and the lights off. I didn't want to rude and disturb him so I stood there until he recognized me. After about 5 minutes he comes to the counter and says "what do you need." I said I'd like to check in, he said no check in time us at 2 pm and we are all sold out. The funny thing is the parking lot was empty so I guess Casper and his friends were occupying the room. Very rude front desk person needs more training on customer service.

My friend reserved a room here earlier in the day and when she picked up her key and went to her room she opened the door and found two other people in the room. When she went to the front desk to tell them. The tall Indian guy who said his name is Ray told her to call the police. She asked him to change her room but he refused. After refusing to give her another room she asked him to just refund her her money and again he refused. I told him that it's bad business and he told me she is bad business and called her a prostitute. The guy is very unfriendly and disrespectful. Took my friends money and and left her without a room.

I found a random cat that almost got hit by a car in the parking lot. saved it in time. I took the cat to the front. They said the cat belonged to somebody staying at the motel. I knocked on the owner's door and they were not there. I didn't know what to do with it because I have a big fat dog in my room. I took the cat to the front and they told me to leave it alone and let it run off. Yea. Just let let the cat run off and get hit by a car. Terrible service. Also at 9:30 p.m I could hear loud Mexican music playing.
Yes, I know I could have taken it to a shelter but all the shelters are out of my range.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Gail Marie G.Los Angeles, CA16302Sep 5, 2020
This motels parking lot was super full and lots of kids drinking right by my door but they were nice. Some chick was just sitting in her car in the mid of the lot reving her engine loud
Once inside though if the air is on you can't hear much noise. There was two roaches in my room but I'm too tired to move or leave or complain. The parking lot was quite dirty and lots of young shady people all around. The air worked decent. They charge too much though really.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Brad K.Idyllwild-Pine Cove, CA052Jun 7, 2021
The rooms were not equipped with enough towels or soap. The customer service was terrible and the employees were creeping on me and my girlfriend. Live cockroaches crawling on the wall while we were sleeping. One woke up my girlfriend in the middle of the night. Was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Would not recommend.

This Motel 6 comes with all the expected amenities, the most notable of which includes:
* Neighbors congregating outside at approximately 2:30AM
* Shady environment that guarantees to induce restless sleep, making necessary an occasional safety check on your vehicle
* Water spigots with backwards outlets (hot = cold, cold = hot)
What this Motel 6 DID NOT include was:
* Shitty customer service
* A bath tub that was once a crime scene
* Shared room & board with a family of cockroaches and other less desirable creatures
Bottom line, it's a MOTEL 6 - if you want a heavenly mattress and more than a plastic-wrapped bar of soap, you picked the wrong damn place. We had a pickup truck full of expensive belongings and a motorcycle, and it was not touched. We had an air-conditioned place to lay our heads, and a shower to bathe in. It's far cleaner than any other Motel I've ever subjected myself to in a pinch, and the guy working the front desk was perfectly friendly. When you're looking for a place to stay last minute and have two 50+ lb dogs, you book a room at Motel 6, deadbolt the door, and hope for the best.
Is it over priced? At $117/night, absolutely. But is that due to the proximity to LA, and the obvious renovations they've made to make this place as decent as a Motel 6 can be? Of course. If you can, choose a better place.. but if this is your only option, chances are you'll make it out alive to tell the story. It's above average for what it is: A MOTEL.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Chris P.Los Angeles, CA0121Apr 11, 2022
STAY AWAY. Dirty Rooms. Plus the workers are not consistent. Some charge a deposit. Some don't. Depends on the worker. They'll say they won't charge a deposit if you're a regular but still charge a deposit. They need to stick with one policy. Horrible communication.
